Subscribe to comments on specific ideas Rather than an all-or-nothing setting for receiving comment notifications for all ideas a user has voted or commented on, please allow the ability to subscribe to certain ideas for comment notification (similar to forum thread subscription).
When a user comments on an idea, they would (by default) be subscribed to follow-up comments on that idea.

Send daily digest in the morning in my time zone The daily digest email comes at the same time for every account & profile, no matter where you're located. It would be nice if it could arrive based on my time zone, or even at a time I specify.

Notifications for specific keywords Would love to have certain keywords in a suggestion trigger an email immediately, as opposed to either an email for every suggestion, or one email at the end of the day.

Real time/instant notifications for saved views Instead of a daily/weekly notification, provide notifications in real time as soon as new ideas, comments, voters, etc. are added.

Ability to see who opened and clicked status emails Admin can see the users who have opened and clicked status emails. Currently, only the percentages are available with no data of which users actioned and contributed to the percentages of opened and clicked. Thank you.

Daily Digest for End Users This customer would like to request the ability of a daily or weekly digest email to their end users. They would like to have listed in the email; the top 10 hotest ideas, the latest status update, and the new ideas submitted for the week.

Ability to disable emails to external users Ability to disable emails to external users so that only internal (licensed) users can receive emails. Block the ability to send to external end users.

Allow internal teams to respond to idea notifications and display their responses in UserVoice —The feature would allow automatic email notifications to be sent to a configurable mailing alias when new feedback comes in.
—When developers and others respond to the email, while keeping the mailing alias intact, we should capture all their responses and store it as part of the feedback in UserVoice.
This allows the admins to see the full extent of the internal discussion within UserVoice.

Notify Admins of Jira Status Changes on Ideas Would be great if there was a Jira notification, letting admins know when the Jira status has been updated, so it will prompt them to update the public or internal status accordingly.

See which internal member will be notified for internal status When setting an internal status, you have the ability to email team members. It would be nice to be able to quickly see which team members would be notified.

Subscribe Non-Licensed Users To Insights Digest She would like to be able to subscribe non Admins or Contributors to Monthly Insights Digest. She wants to be able to keep her execs and leadership informed of UV activity even though they are unlicensed.

Roll up Monthly Digest Emails for multiple instances When a user is an admin for mulitple instances, be able to allow them to roll them up into one monthly digest email.
