Rich-text formatting for idea status updates
It would be great if I could format admin responses to ideas using a WYSIWYG editor.

This is a great idea. I’d like to see some method of handling bold, italics, etc. in pretty much all free from text fields.

We love that we can use markdown in idea descriptions. However, it appears it has cannot be used in Public status updates. We would like the existing functionality expanded to other public facing updates.
Allowing for basic text formatting within ideas would help keep things organized and keep the appearance we desire.
Provide a WYSIWYG editor or enable HTML in Status updates to enable custom link text, and other formatting options.
Allow admins to embed images inline when updating the status of an idea or messaging users on an idea.
This allows admins to give users context on the new improvements they rolled out right within the status or message vs. forcing users to click to view a link or article with more details.
The message window when you make a status update is quite small, and doesn't allow any kind of formatting.
It would be good to have this bigger and/or allow RTF.

it's extremely important in our org... we frequently use Outlook signature files to quickly provide detailed assistance, including links and images, for various asks. It would be great to be able to do this in the UV admin console both for typing/pasting in replies and storing them as canned responses to call up when needed.
