Link Related Ideas For when ideas are similar, but not the same enough to be merged. You want to link related (small appetite) ideas that can be bunched together to potentially be resolved in a single pitch or update.
Great for helping with clean up purposes, or large idea grids.

Admins can "thumbs-up" a comment One of the areas we struggle with the most is keeping up and responding to comments. One way to show customers that we 'hear' them and are considering their user comments, would be to allow admins to thumbs-up a comment so that user knows "we saw it!" Alternatively of course we can do a private reply, but would speed things up for us as admins to thumbs up a handful of comments in the activity view (and even show other commentors that NIQ is still watching an idea closely!)

idea description templates When someone is create a new idea from portal, they select a forum and the description has a custom message for that forum. But that message is not displayed when creating new idea in the contributor console or the admin console.
I would like to be able to provide outline or instructions on what to provide when creating an new idea or adding feedback. I was hoping the message that showed in in the web console would also show up in contributor console and admin hub, but since you don't select the forum first, Admin console does not know what…

Carry over support traits into the split idea In the idea split, the comments, internal comments, votes, and subscribers are brought over into the secondary idea. It would be more impactful to bring over the Revenue and Account Traits that the voters are tied to for continuity and contextualization.

Bulk migrating Feedback between Ideas We need an easy way to fully and quickly move the feedback from one Idea to another without having to refer back to the old Idea.
For example, we had an Idea for a request to bring back a running timer widget on our mobile apps. We did the work for iPhones, but we didn't do it for Android yet. So we want to split the feedback along those lines, so I have an idea for iPhones that I am marking as "launched" with an internal label and an idea for Android that I am marking as "in development" using…

Remove Unmerged Ideas from Main Idea Feed When I unmerge an idea from another one, I don't want to see it in the old idea's feed anymore. It clutters up the feed with inaccurate and confusing data and on ideas with lots of activity, the more entries that are on the page, the more glitchy the feed gets. I understand the need to have a log of activity, but it's not useful, and potentially misleading, to still see unmerged ideas being displayed.

Show assigned features on the idea export We would like to be able to see which features an idea has been tagged against within the Idea exports.

Make Idea Details Scrollable on Small Screens When user a smaller window, the idea details is not scrollable when trying to leave an internal comment which cuts off the save button.

Need a method to have activity and urgency score be calculated for only a specific segment Right now, Activity and Urgency scores are calculated using all voters/accounts associated with a particular idea. We need a way to show urgency and activity for a particular segment. I imagine this would be a must-have requirement for anyone wanting to do any deeper analysis on different client types, regions, etc.

Provide cheaper plans and gain more customers. Provide a free plan for charities & nonprofits to use, as $39/month is not affordable.
Provide a cheaper plan for very small businesses (e.g. $120/year).
You are only targeting very large corporations and missing out on other organizations with smaller budgets.The people using UserVoice in these cheaper plans may refer higher-paying businesses as well.
So disappointed you are taking away the free plan for charities. This does not look good on your company. What happened to CSR? The least you could do is allow charities to use your platform for free, if you're not going to take any other…

keep email addresses in cc/bcc when added In Tickets, keep any additional cc email addresses if you leave the screen: Multiple times I have added cc email addresses, leave the ticket to view something else, come back and send the email, only to realize those cc's were removed when I left the screen. Suggesting they stay added even if you leave the ticket.

Option to disable flagging feature Option to disable the flagging feature. Our process does not utilize this feature, and due to our large user base, it is unnecessary and causes a lot of confusion

filter on create date - 7 days Working on set up SLA for triaging ideas. For example, change new status to under review in 2 days, Change Under review to understood in 7 days.
Is it possible to set up an advance filter that allows boolean logic on the created date field ? For example, Status = new and Create date is > Today - 7. This would allow me to create a saved filter that i can run every day and not have to change the create date filter.

Kanban board for the ideas from end users Our users have asked time again and again about having a Kanban board view like the one we in Roadmaps & Features, but the Ideas & Feedback section. So when a new idea gets suggested by a user, a card will automatically be created and we can manage the status, work process and the overview in the same board.

Open new tab for Idea Details View Previously we were able to right-click on an idea title on the idea grid and open a new tab and it would let us manage our idea and it a new tab. Now the only option to open it in a new tab is to copy the url > open new tab > paste url
