Mass update internal/external status Add ability to mass update the internal/external status for the ideas associated with the impact report. When selecting on the "Update Internal/external status" option within the report, it appears you still have to update each idea individually.

Custom Dashboard with selected accounts 1) I would like to be able to search based on the user name - to see the user specific comments / voting / creation of ideas
2) i would also like to be able to save a view / dashboard of several clients. I have 13 accounts that i manage as CSM, i would like a dashboard that can track my clients activities in Idea Lab

Usage Metrics for Admins Be able to see activity/usage metrics of Admins

Report that Displays Which Ideas Have Gone In/Out of Each Status It would be helpful to have a report for our customer facing teams that can display all of the ideas that have gone in and out of each status in a given month. The activity report shows things like "10 ideas in, 6 ideas out" of a particular status, but it doesn't display the actual idea titles. A nice monthly summary of the ideas that have moved through statuses would be nice.

Link to individual Ideas per Pain Point Add links to the Value to Users and Pain Points section of the report that show which idea these sections pertain to. I really like that it shows the full idea list, however in cases where its not one feature or enhancement it would be helpful to see which pain points apply to which idea.

Impact Report Summary Improvements The Impact Report summary at the start of the report assume that all ideas are tied to one feature v. the potential for multiple features or solutions when using more than a couple ideas or when the ideas grouped are larger concepts.
Reiterating the desired state would be to use this to define from many ideas what the features might be to release v. I have a feature and I'm selecting the ideas that already tie to that idea.

Super admin reporting across multiple instances Allow for more insightful and flexible reporting across multiple instances instead of having to download multiple reports for each instance and manually merging information together

Export Report with Contributor and Department I would like the ability to export a report of ideas submitted by contributor name and the department that they are associated with.

Export external accounts to CSV You can export all users from UserVoice from the "Users" tab, offer the ability to export all accounts from the "Accounts" tab.

Moderation KPI report - turnaround time We moderate incoming feedback and comments. It would be beneficial to have a way to easily monitor turnaround time on incoming items to make sure our admins are responding in a timely manner.

Allow for scoring on Ideas Just like we have in the Roadmap, be able to apply scoring to suggestions.

Show requests by contributor in contributor sidebar Instead of only showing top team requests, show number of requests by contributor.

Assigned owner - ability to assign from grid view Now that there is a dediucated field for Assigned owner it would be great to be able to bulk action or quicly assign an Admin from the Grid view rather than opening each idea individually

Automated Reporting & Email Summaries Enable native reporting within UserVoice with key capabilities:
-Weekly summaries of idea activity (new, updated, customer vs. internal)
-Visibility into top-voted ideas by product area

Automated Impact Report with Theme and Pain Point Detection Run impact reports more automatically—without needing to manually select filters or inputs. Ideally, it could analyze ideas on its own, identify key themes or patterns (like thematizing), and surface common pain points.

Key Metrics Data Visibility Add ability or link within the Impact Report to view the accumulated key metrics data, instead of just the totals.

Idea Impact Reports & Features There should be a closer integration between Impact Reports and Features. Data definitely should carry over between the two, ability to select what ideas are included. I would expect to easily jump between the two.
Creating a Roadmap from a report doesn't seem to do anything yet?
