Improve search menu for Contributor Sidebar to help mitigate against duplicate feedback Provide filtering capabilities, like in the admin console, to be able to search for relevant ideas to capture feedback against.

The new extension includes an AI-powered search that dramatically improves search results for reduced dupilcates.
You can install it from the Chrome extension marketplace, and we'd love your feedback!

Integration with Salesforce for Feedback We are a SaaS company and want to learn quickly by giving customers the possibility to come up with ideas and feedback. Our account managers however need to know what's happening:
How much feedback does a customer give? (amount)
What's the feedback about? (content)
What's the status of ideas submitted by a customer? (planned, etc.)Can you guys make the magic happen?

Filter dashboard stats by date range The one item I thought I would see in the beta reports was customizable reporting on how much activity we see to the site (not just tickets). The number of visits is reported on the main dashboard page, but you can't filter the date range (it just shows you a running month, which isn't really helpful for historical reporting purposes). I have found the information on tickets by week, but I'd love to also be able to report on how many people (we think) are using the site to find answers, not just submit tickets.

This idea existed before our current Activity Report but the use case is still applicable to Activity Report.
A couple weeks back we launched a new date picker on the Activity Report that gives you the ability to filter your reports by a custom time period. If you haven’t been to the activity report lately, check it out today.

Support custom user and account traits with the Identify feature You can pass the standard user and account traits, but sometimes you need to pass custom traits.
For example, your users have two different ID's, and you want both passed as traits.

Canned responses for suggestion status updates Have canned responses you can choose from updating the status of an idea, or automatically recommended if you use a certain status.

You can now set a default status message for each of your public and internal statuses.
If you've set up a default message, the message box will be populated with that text when you select a status, and then you can tailor the content if you would like!
We hope this saves you time and encourages you to send even more status updates to encourage your users to stay engaged.

Ability to sign in using Microsoft Live ID It would be nice to provide the option of authentication to this site with one's Microsoft Live ID, especially considering you offer Google authentication.

Ability to Create a New Feature from Idea View Ability to create a feature from an idea. When viewing an idea, I would like to be able to click a button that creates a linked feature, so that I can view the idea while entering the feature name, description and other info. This would also save the 'searching' step to link to the idea to the feature after the fact.

You can now quickly create a Feature from an Idea!
From any Idea Detail sheet, click on the "Roadmaps" tab, then use the "+ Add Idea to Roadmap" button to quickly create a new Feature. We'll copy in the Idea Title and Idea Description for you, and automatically link the idea. You'll be able to make edits as you see fit as well.
Let us know if there are any additional improvements we can make!

Direct SFDC integration to pass traits Would like to be able to pass account and user info to UserVoice to match up with suggestions, but not have to use the API.

Be able to mention/tag other admins It would be nice to be able to tag/@mention your fellow team members when discussing both specific Features and Suggestions. These comments should be 'internal' comments/discussions/mentions and should not be a 'published' comment.

Yesterday we introduced “Internal Comments” on ideas to replace Notes. Don’t worry, we’ve kept all your previously created notes. They are now called internal comments.
This is exciting because with internal comments you now have the ability to mention other admins directly on ideas.
Here’s what you can expect.
@mention other UserVoice admins on internal comments.
Reply to internal comments in threads.
Email and in-app notifications when you’ve been mentioned on a UserVoice idea.
Email and in-app notifications when there is new activity on an internal comment thread that you’ve participated in.
Note: We don’t yet support mentioning contributors or enabling contributors to mention admins.

More granular filtering of the Idea Insights Dasboard In the new Insight features it would be important to be able to apply filter by Forum, category, or even labels.

Partial single word search results should show results When searching for part of a single word, return search results that would auto-complete that word.
Example: Searching "auto" should find ideas with "autocomplete" in the title.

It would be great if I could create ideas on behalf of users I often get emails from users with suggestions and ideas. It would be great if I could add them to the feedback forum on their behalf (just like I can with tickets)

Ability to create multiple roadmaps Need to have many roadmaps for different products that are externally shareable. Not just one roadmap where the user has to select filters.

Be able to filter suggestions that have no label at all You can filter by ideas that:
Don't have a status
Don't have a categoryBut not those that don't have a label.
I want to do this because I am focusing on bringing up non-labeled items up to date by applying labels.

Support multiple tenants for SSO SAML We have multiple SSO providers that our customers/users can use to authenticate. It would be very helpful if UserVoice enabled multiple SSO providers be configured.

Be able to search for an exact phrase match When searching ideas, articles or tickets, you can enter a phrase, but you can't do an exact match.
For example, if I only want to see ideas with the phrase "Add a new widget color," I can't. I will pull up any idea with anywhere from one to all of those keywords.
Being able to do an exact search like you can on Google would be super helpful for finding specific ideas, articles or tickets.
