Hi everyone! First, I want to apologize for the delay in an update here. Leaving an idea in “started” for two years is not clear or transparent communication with you, our customers! We are not currently working on a feature that allows you to export users with their ideas, votes, comments and requests. So we are going to move this idea back to “no status” for now. Please, continue to share your thoughts around this idea. This isn’t a “no.” But we do want to be upfront, though, that this is not currently on our Roadmap. Since this idea was created, we’ve released two features that could help with some of the paint points shared around this idea, and we want to share those.
The Analysis Export lets you export a list of ideas and their supporters: Measure the Impact of Ideas with the Analysis Export.

An error occurred while saving the comment Zak Hynd commentedOur IT team manage the licencing, integrations etc. for all of our software subscriptions, and they do it well. Some other software providers offer special (cheaper/free) licences for these purposes. The IT team doesn't need all the feedback/product management tools of the admin portal.
Arguably it's in everyone's best interest to facilitate the IT team to manage these limited settings - they make it easier for teams to engage with UserVoice, which eventually will lead to more licence sales for UserVoice.

Hi Everyone,
We’ve reevaluated this idea, and it’s not something we plan to implement at the moment. Even though we are deferring this idea for now, it is still open to votes and comments. We do want to hear your opinion. Thank you for the feedback, and please, keep sharing!

An error occurred while saving the comment Zak Hynd commentedI would like to remove certain functionality from the contributor sidebar. For example, I would rather not give contributors the ability to sign customers up for email updates. Also, it could be useful to be able to restrict which forums certain teams can contribute to.

I'm interested in seeing how much our 'contributors' are actually contributing. The reports show their last login, and a count on the suggestions they're supporting, but there doesn't appear to be any measure of how much feedback they've captured on behalf of customers. Since we have fewer contributor licences than support/sales team members, I would like to make more informed decisions about who deserves to have a contributor licence. Yes, we could buy more licences, but that's easier said than done when you don't control budgets :/
