  1. Make idea description mandatory in the Contributor Sidebar

    When contributors create ideas, make it mandatory for them to enter a description. This way Product Managers can make sure they get the necessary details when Contributors create ideas.

  3. Follow updates for everything an account supports

    It would be great to follow accounts, so that when an update occurs for anything a user on an account is associated with, I can be aware as well.

  4. Option to subscribe users without linking feedback to a suggestion

    When capturing feedback with the sidebar, it would be helpful to be able to subscribe the user to future/potential status updates, even if I'm not linking the feedback to a suggestion when I capture it.

  6. Enable "blocker" feature on a per-user basis

    We would really love to use the "blocker" feature when capturing feedback with the Contributor Sidebar and Salesforce integration. However, with a few different teams utilizing the sidebar, and each of those teams having a different definition of what a "blocker" is, we worry we may get suggestions marked as "blockers" for a a number of different reasons.

    It would be INCREDIBLY helpful to us if we were able to enable the ability to mark a suggestion as a "blocker" on a per-user basis. That way we could ensure that each user with the "blocker" feature enabled is working off…

  8. Sidebar Linking Ideas Should Add User's Idea as Comments on the linked Idea

    When using the Sidebar, we're asked to get the client's idea in the Private section which is visible to Admins on the Uservoice portal and then link to an existing idea if it's close enough. This is a fantastic model to avoid duplicate postings and to ensure we have an accurate number of supporters for any given idea. However, my client's idea may be slightly different or have a different outlook than the currently posted Idea I'm linking to.

    Current functionality will allow me to add private comments on behalf of a user to an existing idea and subscribe that…

  9. Search ideas in the sidebar without having to create a new idea

    I would like to be able to run a quick search of the ideas in my forum from the contributor sidebar. Currently I can only search for ideas from the sidebar while capturing a customer request.

  11. In Zendesk app, show status of requests captured against it

    It would be helpful if the zendesk ticket could see the status of the request captured against it.

  13. Allow agent to Change email address Zendesk Sidebar

    It isn't possible to edit the email address that is autopopulated in the Zendesk Contributor sidebar. Would like for the support agent to change the email for the contributor.

  15. Edit customer requests in the sidebar

    I want to be able to edit captured feedback from a user in the sidebar.

    Often users come back with more details, and I want to add that quickly from this sidebar, vs. having to open the idea in the forum and edit it.

  18. Contributor Sidebar - filter 'top requests' by category

    The Contributor Sidebar has a page where you can see the top requested ideas from each internal team. It would be great if contributors could filter that list down by forum and category.

  19. Capture severity of feedback when using Sidebar

    When capturing a request with the Sidebar, it could be helpful to include details about the customer. For example, "churn risk", "deal blocker", etc.

  20. Subscribe multiple customers to an idea when capturing feedback

    For the contributor sidebar / adding support, it would be useful to be able to add more than one subscriber to the feedback.

    My use case is that I had a meeting with a customer and I'm capturing feedback from the notes I have from the meeting. From this company, I have two people that I'd like to subscribe to updates on these items but I really don't want to create double entries for this because it's tedious work.
