  2. Export a list of users and their ideas/votes/comments

    You can export a list of users. You can export a list of ideas. But you can't export a list of users with their ideas/comments and votes. It would be super helpful if we could see a list of users, and the ideas each user supports.

    Hi everyone!

    First, I want to apologize for the delay in an update here. Leaving an idea in “started” for two years is not clear or transparent communication with you, our customers!

    We are not currently working on a feature that allows you to export users with their ideas, votes, comments and requests. So we are going to move this idea back to “no status” for now.

    Please, continue to share your thoughts around this idea. This isn’t a “no.” But we do want to be upfront, though, that this is not currently on our Roadmap.

    Since this idea was created, we’ve released two features that could help with some of the paint points shared around this idea, and we want to share those.

  3. Filter dashboard stats by date range

    The one item I thought I would see in the beta reports was customizable reporting on how much activity we see to the site (not just tickets). The number of visits is reported on the main dashboard page, but you can't filter the date range (it just shows you a running month, which isn't really helpful for historical reporting purposes). I have found the information on tickets by week, but I'd love to also be able to report on how many people (we think) are using the site to find answers, not just submit tickets.

  4. Choose what data is included in the exports

    Need an easy export based on the filter and columns I might have selected in the suggestion view. Currently I get an export which is a full set of columns that are useless.

  5. Be able to export comments with ideas

    Right now you can only export comments with the general export. And those comments are in a separate file.

    It would be ideal if admins could export ideas along with comments. This would save time (not have to match the two up), and make it much simpler when reviewing exported data.

  6. Filter suggestions based on date range

    When viewing an idea in the admin console, you can see the date it was created. This is sort of helpful, but you still have to count backward to determine the age of the idea.

    It would be helpful if the actual age of the idea was also shown for admins. Like created 2 weeks ago, or 1 month ago, or 2 years ago. This way they can quickly see how old the idea is.

    It would also be helpful if you could then filter ideas based on the age. So you could view all ideas that are 1 month…

    Report on and see which ideas are created from the site, widget, and apps.

  8. Ability to create own reports, flters and dashboards

    Provide the ability for admins to create additional filters, reports and dashboards.

    For example, create a custom filter such as the currently provided 'Customer Activity' option. Eg. Where users > 10 and Votes >= 100

    Similarly, allow the user to create their own dashboards using both OOTB and custom reports.

    It should be possible for privileges to be assigned allowing specified users the ability to create reports, filters and dashboards.

    It should be possible for reports, filters and dashboards to be 'published' so that other users can pick them up.

  9. Segment idea stats for specific date ranges

    Instead of just showing all-time stats for ideas, be able to display stats for ideas for a particular date range.

    For example, which ideas gained the most support in the last 90 days? How much feedback have we received in the past week, and what was that feedback? Which product areas received the most feedback last month?

  10. Filter and display suggestions with specific activity during a time range

    When looking at feedback, it would be good to choose a date range, and have the displayed ideas filter to show only those that had activity in that range.

  11. See the number of requests on a suggestion

    In the Feedback grid, you can see the number of comments or supporters on a suggestion.

    It would be useful for some use cases to also see the number of requests on a suggestion (could include multiple requests from the same user email address).

  12. Be able to pull total number of ideas created, votes cast or comments made for a specific time frame

    Measuring engagement and activity on a forum over time can be key for customers to track how users are using their forums.

    Customers need to be able to set a specific date range, and see:

    * total number of suggestions
    * total number of votes given or supporters added
    * total number of comments made

    They need this across all forums or to be able to filter by a specific forum.

  13. Multi sort from the grid

    Allow more than 1 sort on the suggestion grid. Ex. primary and secondary sort like in excel

  14. Be able to customize date range for "New customer Activity" column

    The "New Customer Activity" column shows stats for the last 30 days, but as Product Managers build out reports they at times need to adjust that date range.

    This might mean going back in time to pull this for a specific month, or reporting on for a set time period like the month of October or a two week period etc...

  18. Moderation KPI report - turnaround time

    We moderate incoming feedback and comments. It would be beneficial to have a way to easily monitor turnaround time on incoming items to make sure our admins are responding in a timely manner.

  19. Create Segment for user or account fields that are blank/empty

    Add the ability to create a segment from users that do, or do not have data in a specified field, for example, if "Account Name" is empty.
