React Native Support for In-app Widget Having support for React Native for our app product would help us drive customer adoption and increased volumes of feedback, which is a key outcome for us with UserVoice. Since 50% of apps are built on React Native, I think this would be an impactful feature to build.

direct link to comment Sometimes you want to share a specific colleague (internal) with a comment. There doesn't appear to be a way to identify a link which brings up the idea and the desired comment.

Use Smart Link to idea in Jira integration Currently the Jira integration links directly to the Admin view of an idea.
Instead, the Jira integration should link to the "smart" link, which can determine if the individual invoking the link is an admin, and direct to either the Admin view of the idea, or the web portal.

Notify admins when ideas are not responded to Such as when an idea has not been responded to by an admin for a certain period of time.

Display other forums in Mobile when redirect URL is in place I noticed that on Mobile, I can’t seem to find a way to display all the other forums.

Be able to click and drag the widget to move it Move the widget around the page once it's open by clicking and dragging in case it blocks the view of the page when open.

Separate notifications mails for user deletion and exporting data When an end-user deletes their profile or exports their data, we send an email notification to the privacy contact containing the users who did this.
This idea is to have two separate emails - one for user deletions, and one for user exports.

One of the most challenging UX and Employee Experience One of the most challenging UX and Employee Experience issues I have is that the UserVoice main page and much of the pages in general are not brandable or customizable to align with other digital properties my organization uses.
We can apply some basic colors and logo but other then that it is very challenging to make it feel customized or white labled to my org.
Would love to see a web editor that has simple editing options. Something even comperable to Wix or Wordpress would be greatly appreciated.

Choose which accounts are synced in the Account Insights Salesforce Connector When syncing accounts from Salesforce to UserVoice, give the option to ignore specific accounts.

Customize 'site restricted' page You can apply CSS to the 'site restricted' page but it affects all other pages. There isn't a way to directly change the CSS only on that page. This makes the other pages look strange if you alter the CSS on this page.

Filter ideas by linked work items Filter ideas in the grid by whether they have a linked work item (Jira, VSTS/Azure devops).

View all ideas & internal information from console We want our internal teams to be able to easily see all ideas and the relevant internal information (internal comments/statuses etc) through the contibutor console.
Right now the only available views are ideas that the team member has added feedback to / created or status updates - otherwise they are forced to use the search function.
We want our business units to be able to browse ideas like someone can on the web portal but see internal information.

Add Internal note when entering a new idea The ability for a contributor (staff member) to also add an internal note in addition to the current fields when entering a clients idea via the contributors portal.

UserVoice Salesforce Lightning Component I’m not expecting anything much different from what is being captured from the Salesforce Opportunity record. It would be the same fields to capture the contact’s email, feedback, vote/idea and any need for escalation. It would be just the information being asked by the Sidebar but made into a Lightning component so that it is integrated right into Salesforce. I have been in several calls with Customer Success members last week and it was definitely a struggle trying to help them install the Chrome bookmark and guide them to use this outside of Salesforce.
