  1. Bulk Add Labels

    When managing Labels for Ideas, the ability to quickly create multiple labels would be incredibly time saving! This would be especially important to users setting up their account for the first time.

  2. View all ideas & internal information from console

    We want our internal teams to be able to easily see all ideas and the relevant internal information (internal comments/statuses etc) through the contibutor console.

    Right now the only available views are ideas that the team member has added feedback to / created or status updates - otherwise they are forced to use the search function.

    We want our business units to be able to browse ideas like someone can on the web portal but see internal information.

  3. Capture Ideas in Microsoft Teams Integration

    Currently, the integration provides you with the ability to see UserVoice notifications in Teams. It would be great if you could also perform actions like you can with the Slack integration.

  5. Set default Domains for Accounts

    The (optional) feature we have to automatically generate and assign accounts by email domains is unintuitive and limited to a single domain per account.

    Admins should be able to configure Accounts with one or more domains for users to be automatically assigned. This should be configurable via the Salesforce Connector, CSV import, and a setting in-app.

  9. Capture Feedback without linking to Idea

    Is there a way to enter feedback that isn’t linked to an idea/suggestion? An end-user may enter positive feedback that we would want to track and it may not be associated to a request for action.

  12. Improve error messaging for Admins with Limited permissions

    Admins with Limited Ideas permissions are able to post public comments from the Web Portal, but not from the Admin Console, and attempting to do so produces a generic error - this error should provide information about why they cannot comment publicly from the Admin Console, and ideally, where they CAN comment publicly from.

  13. Sync different revenue fields in the Salesforce Connector for Account Insights

    Give customers the option to choose more than one revenue fields to sync to UserVoice. Sometimes different revenue fields are used for different account types in Salesforce.

  15. Click on the scatter plot dots to open idea details in the Account Insights Report

    On the graph, it would be great to be able to click over directly to the idea from the chart. Right now you can see the tool tip, but to dig in more, I think you have to find the idea below the fold.

    It is too easy to close out of an idea that you're responding to an idea when it's in the half-page view from the ideas page and lose everything you've typed as a public comment.

  18. Mentions in Public Comments

    The new ability to @mention admins within internal comments is great! As a corollary, it would be great if end users could @mention each other in public comments. This would enhance public discussion, allow users to directly interact with one another. Thanks for consideration!

  19. Sync Custom fields via the Jira Integration

    Allow the custom configuration of custom fields between Jira cards and UserVoice features.

    Right now, the integration only syncs out of the box data and does not allow for further configuration.

  20. For Jira Server, don't attribute changes to Jira card to a specific admin

    The "Change by" field on Jira cards, when there is activity on a linked UserVoice idea, will show a specific user on the card and in notifications from Jira.

    It would be better for this not to be the case, since changes on the idea (that in turn update the Jira card) aren't necessarily done by this user.
