Extend Magic Link expiration time Currently, Magic link authentication expires after 10 minutes.

Navigate Between Admin/Contributor Console and Web Portal Easily You can navigate from Admin to Web, Cont. to Web, and Web to Admin, but you can't navigate from Cont. to Admin, or Web to Contributor easily.
Add functionality to make this navigation between experiences easier.

Private forum logon page styling The styling for the logon page for private forums is very poor and not very user friendly.
Enable us to configure the HTML of this page so we can design a better experience for our users.

Remember the date range in the NPS report Currently, it always resets to a specific date.

Populate contributor experience with all account users Currently, only contacts/email address present on the page (in the HTML/DOM) can be pre-populated.
It would be good to pull all users on the account (in SF or UV otherwise).

Roadmap permissions I would like to be able to have restricted permission on the Roadmap so we can enable people to see it in the app but not have any edit permissions. Similar to what you can do with ideas.

Enhance Salesforce Feedback and Opportunity integration to be used on Accounts At the moment, this integration is only available on "Opportunity" objects in Salesforce

Provide better guidance for using the idea search and create form (web portal) It's unclear that the idea form is an idea submission form and for searching. This could be made clearer by providing better guidance, or splitting the form into two.

Admin capability to remove flagged status from an idea The contributor feature to flag feedback is great, but as an Admin, there is no way to unflag an idea once this has been addressed.

Customize 'site restricted' page You can apply CSS to the 'site restricted' page but it affects all other pages. There isn't a way to directly change the CSS only on that page. This makes the other pages look strange if you alter the CSS on this page.

Make it possible to enter code in an idea description Even if it is not a majority use case for the kinds of products that UserVoice supports, there will be times when technical users want to add feedback that includes programming code.
It should be possible to receive and sanitise code just like StackExchange do…

Add a ‘User interface’ or ‘General feedback’ Category as the categories provided are too restrictive I am posting this and other recent feedback ideas in ‘Roadmap’ not because they belong there, but because there is nowhere appropriate to put them!

Poor usability of ‘Describe your idea’ textarea The ‘Describe your idea’ textarea is set at a height of 5em with
resize:none. This is unhelpfully restrictive and makes entering anything more than 5 lines of text a complete pain.The simple solution is to remove

Accessibility/usability concerns: text styling This idea text manifests as light grey text (#87898F) on a white ground, which fails the minimum recommended contrast ratio.
Comments on ideas are rendered as 13px text on too long line lengths. The recommended base size for prose text is 16px or 1rem.

Accessibility concerns: form inputs UserVoice uses the following markup pattern for its user idea inputs:
<label> <span class="uvFieldPlaceholder">Label text</span> <input> </label>…which looks good at first glance until it becomes apparent that as soon as one starts typing in a field,
uvFieldPlaceholderis hidden with display:none and is therefore inaccessible.Additionally, when editing a previously posted idea, the form <label>s containing the inputs have no text at all.

Reporting on Email Subscribed Voters A simple spreadsheet or CSV report containing: email outreach in the past X days tied to a specific idea.

Integration with ClickUp A request to connect ideas in Uservoice to tasks in ClickUp by syncing the Reach columns (users and accounts supporting it) to help calculate the ROI inside ClickUp. Additionally, the ability to sync the task ID and status back to UserVoice would remove the manual effort of updating of two systems.
