Keep log of status updates after merging suggestions When I merge suggestion A into suggestion B, the comments from suggestion A are copied into suggestion B - but any status updates from suggestion A are not.
Sometimes there's useful stuff in the old status update, such as troubleshooting steps to see if the symptoms match a known issue or not. So it's nice to be able to access those old status messages to copy-paste from them, for example.
(The idea https://feedback.uservoice.com/forums/1-general-feedback/suggestions/4012056-canned-responses-for-suggestion-status-updates would help with this a bit, but only if you planned ahead and already knew you wanted to reuse the exact text of the status message).

Pass through SAML authentication If a user is already logged in with a customer's identity provider, pass through that authentication to UserVoice.
This is especially important if an account is using SAML and UserVoice authentication together. If that is the case, then end users who log in with SAML, have to click the icon to get logged in.
Ideally, the user would be automatically authenticated if they had already logged in with the customer's identity provider.

Be able to include custom text and links in the Contributor sidebar When using the sidebar, some customers want to be able to include specific instructions for their contributors or links to external resources.

Integrate Feedback directly with Salesforce events be able to directly pass "events" from SFDC into UV as Ideas.

Improve work flow for creating new forums When creating a forum, it would be nice to go to edit the forum as opposed to jumping into the forum itself.

Release version on completed ideas When an idea is completed I would like to say which version of our product it was addressed in. And also allow customers on our forum to see what is included in each release version.

Threshold based notifications and status updates Automatic notification when ideas hit certain thresholds in terms of vote count, average votes, etc.
39 votesWe are considering adding the ability to watch Forums/Categories/Ideas and other objects in UserVoice for both notifications and configurations of custom dashboards. This would include the ability to set thresholds for alerting on things like vote counts.

Be able to set a customized message on the Private Forum invite email as the default. Be able to change the welcome message in the private forum invitation process to be the same custom message each time so it doesn't have to be copy and pasted each time if you use the same one every time.

See a user's NPS history, not just the current NPS score Would like to see NPS trend (lines) for an individual user both in the Contributor Sidebar as well as in our app (also in salesforce when UserVoice or myself plugs this data in for a contact)

Add more filters to the NPS Report It would be great to see further detail in the nps report. As an example I want to see 1 year vs 2 year customers. I would also like to be able to drill into those 1 year detractor ideas. The more flexibility and insight I can gain the better

New suggestions by contributors go through moderator approval I would like to require that new suggestions created by contributors get approved by a moderator before they are public.

Contributor Sidebar Support with Outlook Desktop We would like to be able to use the contributor sidebar within the Outlook Desktop app. However, the contributor sidebar is not completely compatible with Outlook Desktop; When we try to use the Contributor Sidebar with the Outlook browser based experience, the Contributor Sidebar pane does not open within the Outlook browser window, instead the contributor sidebar pops out in a new, different window.

See who has requested a suggestion in the sidebar Where ever we show a count of requests on a suggestion on the Contributor Sidebar, be able to see who has requested it. This way I won't waste time logging a duplicate request.

Do not require request text I only want to add the customer as a supporter and not be forced to type in text.

Customize branding per forum Different forums can represent different products or product groups. Admins want to be able to quickly and easily customize the look and feel of each forum, including the logo, images, and design.
Right now, this can only be accomplished with significant custom design. It would be ideal if there were features for easily managing this in UserVoice.

Ability to Embed the NPS Widget into Email Customer would like to target customers through email and have the ability to add the satisfaction into email.
