VSO integration work with multiple VSO accounts With the VSO integration you can only set up the integration with a single VSO account. However, if you have a UserVoice account that gathers feedback for multiple products, it's very likely you will have multiple VSO accounts.
Ideally, you would be able to set up the integration in UV with multiple VSO accounts, so each product team can push ideas to their own VSO instance.

Create more robust Admin Permissions Create admin permissions so that specific admin can only do specific activities. I would like to be able to assign which admin can access which forums as well as who can moderate and do other activities. I would also like to choose who can alter the each section of the settings. Ex. Only certain Admin can change Web portal Appearance and features and only certain Admin can delete Admin.
E.g. Requirement – Permissions on "email subscribers"

Access private forums via link Instead of sending a separate url to each person for a private forum, send out a single url that allows anyone with that link to access the private forum.

Activity chart of a specific user’s engagement When viewing a user profile, I want to see a chart of their engagement, so I can see when they were reporting important issues.

Hi everyone!
Our Product Team reviewed this idea, and discussed internally.
We built the “My Feedback” section in settings to list ideas a user has supported either by leaving a comment or casting a vote.
While we can definitely understanding users wanting to see ideas they created, but no longer support, this is not a use case we designed this part of the application for.
We do have supporter mode now for our product forums, which does let users support as many ideas as they want. To learn more about why we recommend switching to supporters vs. voting limits, please, check out our best practice article: https://feedback.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/782139

Pass traits through the SSO token For cases where passing user and account traits via the JS SDK isn’t possible, it would be great to be able to pass traits via an SSO token.

With VSO, add the option to link ideas to Features and Epics as work items You can link to backlog items and bugs, but don't have the Work Item type Features and Epics.

Custom 404 and error pages Ability to customize 404 and other error pages to match branding of main site.

Better auditing and bulk actions for managing users and admins Such as bulk block users, delete users, delete forum access/invitation, delete admins/contributors, change permissions.
Filtering would be a plus to help with bulk actions

Be able to hide ideas from the web portal without deleting them or marking as spam This could be an option on a custom status, "Hide from web portal"

Report on and drill into ideas created by channel/input source Report on and see which ideas are created from the site, widget, and apps.

Be able to import NPS scores with a CSV You can use the API to import NPS scores, but not all teams want to do this. Ideally, there would be a way to import NPS scores and qualitative feedback from a CSV file, like you can with user and account traits.

Be able to search SSO Logs - You need to troubleshoot an SSO issue and find a token for a specific user
- You have to scroll through every single page of SSO logs to find the one you want.
- This is time consuming for admins when troubleshooting an issue, and we spend a lot of time scrolling through logs to find the data we need.
- Need to be able to search the logs by email address, username and if possible, GUIDs as well.

Create UserVoice ideas from VSO work items Right now, you can push an item in UV to VSO as a work item, and then there is a two way sync between them.
However, sometimes an item starts out in VSO, and you want to then push it to UV so users can vote and comment on it. But here's no way to do that currently.

Integrate with Microsoft Power BI for shared dashboards Microsoft Power BI (https://powerbi.com/) allows teams to create powerful internal dashboards from many sources. An integration with UserVoice would allow teams to share UserVoice stats and analytics with other stakeholders and teams.
