  2. Modify Field Titles in Account Insights

    Since the fields we are looking to map (i.e. Region, Nodes, Owner) are not the same standard defined fields in UserVoice, we would like the ability to update the names so that we can easily understand and segment data in the Account Insights.

  3. Ability to automatically merge ideas in a saved view to help reduce manual effort and steps needed to manually merge ideas.

    Yannick wants prompts to come up as end users spend time/hover their mouse over areas (in app) that proactively ask for feedback on that particular feature that the enduser heavily interacts with.

  10. Released Ideas Report by Accounts/Supporters

    I would like to have a report that pulls completed ideas based on a release schedule. This report would include all of the ideas that moved into the "release" or "completed" status within a particular timeframe and associate accounts/supporters of these ideas. This type of report helps with our release process in which our support team will communicate with customers (ie. show the idea, total support, and link to helpful videos).

  13. Ability to add ownership to a feature in the internal roadmap

    I would like to have each team create the feature they want to work on in the internal roadmap. In using it in this way, it would be great to pull in our internal labels. Or the ability to identify the owner or team owning the specific feature.

  16. Map ADO Projects at the Forum Level (Ability to map multiple ADO projects in one instance)

    Currently have multiple projects in ADO and would like to be able to map/link them to specific forums in UserVoice. For ease of use Schlumberger has multiple products across one instance on the forum level. They would like to be able to map these to the appropriate ADO project.

  17. Ability to set alerts when ideas sit for a certain amount of time

    Would be interested in seeing alerts that can be set up within the system when (for instance) an idea has been under a certain public or internal status for a certain amount of time. For instance, if an idea was set to “Gathering Feedback” for a month and we wanted to get a notification to help move that along into the next phase and public status.

  18. Allow mapping of the built in "LTV" field by Salesforce Connector

    The default salesforce connector maps the UserVoice "revenue" field to a Salesforce equivalent that represents monthly or annual revenue. There is a default "LTV", which can't be mapped with the connector.

    Being able to map lifetime value field as well as the Revenue field would give us insights into the dollar value of the ideas supported by longstanding customers.

  19. Filter ideas in the idea grid by custom segments

    The ability to filter ideas based on custom segments created in UserVoice (i.e. viewing ideas submitted by a user in a specific country). Labels won't work since they need to be applied manually.

  20. Include relevant details from a location when a user reports a map issue!

    Include relevant details from a location when a user reports a map issue! -- Always someone asks us back what the street name was, the cross street info, and other information that we no longer have access to because it has been DAYS ago and we've moved on along down the road.

    IF Waze included the details &/or allowed us to "see" what we reported - even a screenshot, we might be able to provide the information you ask. However, each time I am asked that - it is like - do we have photographic memory and /or esp? Because…
