    Instead of finding the URL in Azure DevOps, copying it, and then pasting it into UserVoice, it would be helpful to be be able to search for work items directly from the Admin Console.

    When you create a password and it doesn't pass validation, it's unclear why. It would be useful to see the specific rule that it's not passing so it can be corrected.

    Weird experience when you attach file to a comment. You can delete file from the comment but no way to edit and add an attachment

    We want to be able to post a banner message in our Web Portal letting customers know about some changes in our statuses and categories and be able to provide a link in that banner that redirects them to the welcome page which can explain the changes we've made.

  9. Reflect Salesforce Contact and Account Deletions in UserVoice

    When Contacts and Accounts are deleted in Salesforce, the data remains in UserVoice. It would be great if the Connector could also process these deletions so that our data remains accurate in UserVoice.

  10. Request to Become a Contributor

    I’m in a situation where we have sales units places globally and I do not know the names of all these people and therefor I cannot invite them from the admin console. Not all of them at least. I can identify a part of our sales and support people and invite them. But I’m wondering if it would be possible for the rest to request to be a contributor?

    The triage process is manual and takes a lot of time if you have a large volume of feedback. Therefore, we need some type of automated workflow and or triggers to help us expedite this process.

  16. Be able to click and drag the widget to move it

    Move the widget around the page once it's open by clicking and dragging in case it blocks the view of the page when open.

    Give users ability to change the status on the ideas. Sometimes users don't post ideas but issues and those need to be flagged separately than ideas and we need another status for those.

  19. End users to view ideas and votes from their company

    Customers are asking for the ability to view all ideas and votes tied to their account because they will have multiple users who post to UserVoice without the others knowing.

    If they can see what’s coming out of their organization, they can coordinate better amongst themselves and produce better quality suggestions.

    Also they fear that someone within their organization might unknowingly post something sensitive about their company.

  20. Separate notifications mails for user deletion and exporting data

    When an end-user deletes their profile or exports their data, we send an email notification to the privacy contact containing the users who did this.

    This idea is to have two separate emails - one for user deletions, and one for user exports.
