  1. Allow post idea widget to search across all forums

    The Post Idea widgets shows matching ideas based on the text a user has entered. In some cases, it would be helpful to be able to specify multiple forums or all forums to be searched instead of just one.

  2. Be able to navigate between suggestions with short cuts

    When looking at an issue there is no quick way to go to the next issue. Would be ideal if admins could quickly navigate to the idea with short cuts.

  3. Mapping Documentation for feedback from other systems like GetSat, ProductBoard, and Aha!

    Importing from other applications is pretty standard for UserVoice but it would be helpful if we could have a visual or some sort of documentation that explains how feedback is mapped from different systems.

  4. Field placeholder or Prompt for the Description field

    It is possible to set the field placeholder text for the suggestion title. This is great and allows me to tailor the ask to suit my audience.
    I would like to be able to do the same for the suggestion description field. This would enable me to create a more instructional prompt to guide the user on what to enter into the field.
    Alternatively allow configuring a prompt for the description field (as we have for title).

  5. Import and export columns should match

    Not all of the columns use the same values (true/false vs. yes/no) between the import and export, making it labor intensive to use them for moving suggestions between UserVoice accounts, or updating existing data

  7. Include Merged Ideas in Export

    When exporting report of ideas into a excel version i would also like to get the field (true/false) if the idea is merged or not, currently there is no option and you need to export twice (using public status filter active and the merged) and then get into the work to run a lookup function edit to find the merged ideas from the active ideas set

  8. Auto-aggregate feedback from multiple sources

    Ability to take feedback (closed lost notes, tickets labeled feedback, etc) and auto-associate or auto-aggregate them in some way.

    In other words, remove the manual approach from requiring end users and internal folks from manually capturing and aggregating feedback.

  9. Customize the date range of supporters for email reply

    We are trying to target email replies to only include supporters who have added ideas or voted in the last 60 days. Allowing for more customization of who to email instead of just singular or all would be beneficial.

  10. In the post idea widget, prompt user for category, before typing in feedback

    When a user opens the widget to post their idea, prompt them first to choose a category. This way the category is set prior to user entering feedback and searching for a related idea.

  13. Color code features by product area

    It would be awesome if a future iteration of the Roadmap page would allow for color coding of features. In our case, we have multiple product lines represented on the same roadmap and some sort of visual breakpoint would be beneficial.

  15. Make timestamps optional for date custom fields

    Some people don't use times for the "date" custom field type. They only want to use a date. It introduces noise and can make it harder to glean information from the custom field as it appears in the admin console.

  19. Communicate with contributors on feedback within UserVoice

    When a contributor or admin captures feedback, PM's want to be able to follow up with them within UserVoice to ask follow up questions and get clarification. Right now, to follow up with an internal team member on feedback, they have to go outside UserVoice.

  20. Please provide a Jira integration with no write permissions to Jira.

    Due to security concerns, it would be extremely helpful to have a way to integrate where admins cannot create tickets. Without that option we are unable to utilize this integration.
