Make OpenID Connect support V2 of Azure Active Directory While UserVoice has support for OpenID Connect, this does not work with V2 of Azure Active Directory. This is problem for non microsoft businesses and MSFT consumer domains that want to use our OpenID Connect feature with Azure Active Directory.

Notifications for changes to Exports Provide an option to receive notification of updates and changes to column data in exports

Transcribe voice to text Provide a way to capture feedback via audio channels (ie Alexa, Google Home, etc) and transcribe the voice to text for submission into UserVoice.

Have search respect localization Improve the search functionality of UserVoice!
Currently UserVoice search does not understand that color and colour is the same word.
There must be many, many examples of this.

Have a Common element for Forum Welcome Message All the Forums we have (11 and growing) have a large part of the forum welcome message that is the same. This is so that the forums all cover some basic common messaging we want to give (and stil allow for direct links to the correct forum from the relevant part of our application suite).
It is tedious to have to adjust each forum individually when a change to this common messaging is needed.
It would be good if an element of the forum Welcome message could be 'shared' or 'common' across all the forums.1 vote -
The Ability of Voting Down on an Idea We would like to have the ability to "vote down" against a suggestion. This functionality will help us understanding if the number of people that doesn't want that particular feature is bigger or smaller than the number of people that want a particular feature.
1 voteDownvoting is a feature that has been requested over the history of UserVoice. We believe that upvoting keeps the public conversation positive. Furthermore, voting is only one important metric in assessing the end user’s value of an idea.
We have found that strong, positive signal on a UserVoice idea will be one trigger that a product team will use to investigate the Idea further. Downvotes should not dissuade a product team from taking action if it is the correct strategic move for a product.
I know that this answer won’t satisfy everyone, but we have thought about it extensively, debated it internally at length over the years, and have arrived at this conclusion.

Communicate with contributors on feedback within UserVoice When a contributor or admin captures feedback, PM's want to be able to follow up with them within UserVoice to ask follow up questions and get clarification. Right now, to follow up with an internal team member on feedback, they have to go outside UserVoice.

Update the total amount of subscribers who will recieve a notification of a status update when you change subscription status On a suggestion with supporting users, if you click to update the status we will show a number X, "Email X subscribers".
If you click into a user's request (who is not subscribed) and click the checkbox to make them a subscriber/receive notifications, the number X will not change as expected.

Sort by Plan field (column) in UserVoice Right now, you can't sort by the "plan" field in UserVoice. Admins would like to be able to sort by the plan field on the users and accounts page.

Pull a list of all SF opportunities linked to a specific idea It's incredibly important that we be able to pull a report/list of all of the prospects/opportunities that we have linked to a specific UserVoice idea through the Salesforce Opportunity Integration to provide our sales team with a list of prospects to reach out to regarding specific ideas. Just being able to see the numer values in the Suggestions List View is not enough.
2 votesHey there! We recently launched Account Insights which is powered by a new UserVoice/Salesforce connector. This connector allows you to map Salesforce Accounts to a status in UserVoice called “Prospects” which would allow you to view all ideas associated with Prospects. We’re not yet syncing Opportunity Objects from Salesforce to UserVoice, but are interested in learning more about what you’d do with this information once it’s in UserVoice.

Sort by User Type on User's Page There's a user field in UV, User Type, but you can't sort by this field. It would be ideal if you could sort by User Type like you can with other fields like "Last Active Date."

Don't dismiss the NPS widget if I reload the page or navigate away When the NPS widget appears, if I reload the page or navigate away, I won't see it for another 60 days. Make it remain on the page unless the user provides a score or dismisses it manually (with the close button).

Customize what Salesforce field pulls into "Potential Revenue" field in UserVoice Ability to customize what Salesforce field pulls into "Potential Revenue" field in UserVoice. We track potential revenue in a different field (not the standard "Amount" field that currently pulls in) so this is really skewing the potential revenue per idea.

Allow internal teams to respond to idea notifications and display their responses in UserVoice —The feature would allow automatic email notifications to be sent to a configurable mailing alias when new feedback comes in.
—When developers and others respond to the email, while keeping the mailing alias intact, we should capture all their responses and store it as part of the feedback in UserVoice.
This allows the admins to see the full extent of the internal discussion within UserVoice.

Add NPS column to the Accounts tab on the Users & Accounts page I would like to have an NPS column on the Accounts tab so that I can easily see the NPS score for each account and sort by NPS score to find unhappy accounts.

Do not close/archive suggestions here I've noticed that some of the suggestions I've posted here are archived. IMHO, they are still relevant. IMHO, archiving suggestions does not make any sense - this would just result in duplicates created by others in a while.
Thus, please stop archiving/hiding/closing old suggestions and restore those that are archived.

You are right. Silently archiving suggestion is not a good customer experience.
While we will need to decline ideas that don’t align with our Product Team’s vision, we need to communicate that to our customers.
We are declining this idea because we will have to close out suggestions, but we are going to work to communicate much more openly around this going forward.
