  1. Sort by User Type on User's Page

    There's a user field in UV, User Type, but you can't sort by this field. It would be ideal if you could sort by User Type like you can with other fields like "Last Active Date."

  2. Don't dismiss the NPS widget if I reload the page or navigate away

    When the NPS widget appears, if I reload the page or navigate away, I won't see it for another 60 days. Make it remain on the page unless the user provides a score or dismisses it manually (with the close button).

  3. Allow internal teams to respond to idea notifications and display their responses in UserVoice

    —The feature would allow automatic email notifications to be sent to a configurable mailing alias when new feedback comes in.

    —When developers and others respond to the email, while keeping the mailing alias intact, we should capture all their responses and store it as part of the feedback in UserVoice.

    This allows the admins to see the full extent of the internal discussion within UserVoice.

  5. Add NPS column to the Accounts tab on the Users & Accounts page

    I would like to have an NPS column on the Accounts tab so that I can easily see the NPS score for each account and sort by NPS score to find unhappy accounts.

  10. Show matching ideas in the post idea widget before prompting users to create an idea

    when a user enters an idea through the widget the first thing they need to do is enter the body of the idea. then they are presented with results which might relate to what they entered. then they enter the title of the idea.

    this is backwards.

    the first thing they should need to enter is the title, then results are shown based on the title, and if they don't find anything then they elaborate on the idea with the body.

    we're getting feedback that people are spending time entering a detailed idea only to find that someone else had…

  11. Customize the amount of time the "Thank you" message in the NPS widget lasts

    There is a "Thank you" screen that appears in the widget after you have sent a satisfaction rating.

    It would be good to be able to make this screen last longer, so users don't think anything is wrong.

  12. Give the option to remove attachments when merging

    We have had to do a lot of merging of our top ideas and so those ideas are getting overloaded with attachments that are very similar images.

    While we can manually edit ideas to remove attachments, it would be nice if we could pick and choose which attachments were retained when we perform the merge.

    Hi Everyone,

    We’ve reevaluated this idea, and it’s not something we plan to implement at the moment. Even though we are deferring this idea for now, it is still open to votes and comments. We do want to hear your opinion. Thank you for the feedback, and please, keep sharing!

  14. Allow bulk updates of texts in title and description for ideas for multiple forums

    I would like to be able replace a word or phrase in the title and description fields for ideas within multiple forums. There is no way currently to accomplish this other than manually editing each ideas to change a wording. This can be very painful when you have hundreds of ideas that needs to be changed.

  15. See which internal member will be notified for internal status

    When setting an internal status, you have the ability to email team members. It would be nice to be able to quickly see which team members would be notified.

  17. Ability to add HTML tags to the widget

    The main purpose of this is to:

    • Make a sentence begin on a new line using the <br> tag
    • Insert a link to the description field so that users can go to a support page using the <a> tag

  19. Add custom User & Accounts fields to the NPS export

    You can pass in custom fields for user and accounts, but when exporting NPS ratings, only standard User and Account fields are included. It would be ideal for the custom user and account fields to also be included.

  20. Sort forums consistently in admin console, web portal, and settings

    In the suggestion setting of the admin console, forums are ordered by the number of suggestions in each forum with public forums grouped at the top of the list. On the web portal and in the admin console settings, forums are shown in alphabetical order. It would be helpful to have this order be consistent in all 3 places, or let admins choose their own order.

    You'll soon be able to manually order Forums and Categories according to your preferences, and they'll be shown the same way, whether in settings, filters, the portal, the extension, or admin console.
