Allow Value Transformation to link Accounts in the Gainsight Integration When configuring Gainsight, build the ability to transform/format the lookup value. For example, our Salesforce primary field uses domain, "company.com". UserVoice uses "@company.com".
It would be awesome to be able to specify "@" + email domain as the value to look for in the Gainsight integration config.

Save/Default Filter Activity On the admin side, when looking at an idea, I wish there was a way to save my Filter Activity settings and apply them to all of them versus going from idea to idea, adjusting what I want to see.

Display 'Last Active Commenter' on Admin Console's Idea screen I need the Last Active User or Commenter to show on the Admin's Ideas screen. Using this and Last Updated will help me in knowing which tickets I need to respond to without having to click on each of them or having some kind of filter for "Needs response".

NPS Feedback widget should not send feedback for invalid email addresses Today, when i enter email address of dash ("-") or even leave the email field empty, and press send the user gets a message to enter a valid email address. However the feedback is still sent to the server with name of Anonymous. We are using this script:

Finnish translation of accept terms dialog worng Fix the %{1} field.
My browser advertises language fi-fi (or fi) and then this is shown.In English, it says "I agree to the terms of service"

Nit in tagging/categorizing When going through untagged/uncategorized issues, once I tag 20 and go to the next page, it shows items 21-40 (expected), but the items that are now listed as 1-20 are untagged and I have not seen them before. Tagged items should disappear from the view when tagged immediately, or there should be a way to know that I'm skipping items.

Ability to search alpha-numeric ticket numbers without needing quotes When using UserVoice to serve up problem tickets and the current status of each, users need the ability to search for a problem ticket by the ticket number (e.g. PRB010101). Currently, the search functionality breaks apart the search term into "PRB" (returning ALL ideas/problems) and "010101" (which doesn't matter since the "PRB" already returned all items). This is not a user friendly experience and then requires additional search instructions be placed on the forum page(s). While putting quotes around the full ticket number will return the one unique item, this again requires additional instruction and makes the experience less seamless/smooth.

Post Public Comments and Reply to Users on Ideas from Slack integration UserVoice admins want the ability to post public comments and reply to users directly from slack. That is, when an idea is streamed into a slack channel because of some event, make one of the actions that can be taken on that idea from slack be "post public comment" and/or "reply to user".

Default Forum based on Brand in Zendesk sidebar app We have different Uservoice forums for each of our brands. When agents capture feedback from the Zendesk sidebar app, they manually select the forum corresponding to the brand on that ticket. It would be awesome if we could have the Uservoice forum already selected for that brand to save agents a step.

End User Stats As an admin or contributor, I'd like to get a weekly email with a summary of this week's ideas to help me drive adoption of the web portal externally, rewarding power users for their engagement. For example, total requests per user and account in a given time period.

Do not combine unrelated email threads based on subject line Stop combining unrelated, independent email threads when different senders happen to choose the same subject. It is cumbersome to deal with the artificial problems introduced when separate email chains with no shared history are automatically merged.
