  1. Post Idea Italian Translation is very poor

    The Italian translation of this (Post Idea) widget is very poor. This will negatively effect use by our customers.

  2. Comments Vs. Public status vs. Message subscribers should be more obvious within Admin view

    When logged in as an Admin, viewing Suggestions.
    I find it difficult to know if the comments are "public" or "private"

    This should be obvious when viewing the comments, so that if a customer accidentally posts something "sensitive" in the comments field I can easily detect this and mark the comment as private!
    Retaining the comment with the suggestion (for admins), but hiding it from other public users of the forum.

  4. Moderation KPI report - turnaround time

    We moderate incoming feedback and comments. It would be beneficial to have a way to easily monitor turnaround time on incoming items to make sure our admins are responding in a timely manner.

    We’ve reevaluated this idea, and it’s not something we plan to implement at the moment. Even though we are deferring this idea for now, it is still open to votes and comments. We do want to hear your opinion. Thank you for the feedback, and please, keep sharing!

  7. Show sentiment score for individual pieces of feedback

    The Account Sentiment Report currently shows aggregate account sentiment scores based on all feedback submitted by each account. It would be helpful to also see sentiment scores for the individual pieces of feedback that make up this aggregate score.

    How important is this to you?

    You can opt in to a feature called urgency scores currently in beta by visiting your settings.  You can find the option by going to 


    Settings -> General Settings -> Ideas and look for "Urgency score on ideas and feedback."


    Instead of a simple sentiment analysis, we're looking for intensity of emotion in the feedback.  This may be negative (an angry user) or positive (a user telling you how much a feature change may help them) and we're displaying the results summarized across the idea, and on individual activity entries (comments, feedback).

  8. Add Column Sort to all columns

    make all columns sortable in Users, Accounts and Ideas. For example, on the Suggestions page, several columns have ability to sort, but not Labels. On the Users page, can click to sort by Last Active Date but not User Type or Account. Please make all columns sortable.

    The customer would like to have the ability to export "reactions" to public statuses in order to leverage the data to track adoption.

    It would be nice if you could display the reaction to status directly in the notifications rather than having to click on it.

  13. Ability to use the same SSO config across multiple UserVoice instances

    We have multiple instances with UserVoice, and with each one we have to go through the process of configuring SSO. It would be great if it was possible to configure once, and then copy that across each instance so that each one doesn't have to go through our Dev and Stage testing each time.

    Provide a report for total user logins - per user (number of times unique user has logged in, or total login duration), and per site (total unique logins).

    When viewing a list of users, you can't sort by account. Would like a way to sort by account, as this can be a quick way to quickly see which customers aren't connected to an account yet.

    This can go on the user's sheet. It will indicate the last date/time they were autoprompted, and when they will be eligible for the next autoprompt.

    Hello, thanks for your feedback. When viewing a user in the admin console, you can view their supported ideas and sort the Last Supported column to view the ideas they most recently voted on. Their detail page also features a chronological view of their activity. Each idea they voted/commented on displays the Forum and Category as well.
