  3. Microsoft Dynamics CRM Integration

    This integration would actually be two separate components to keep your sales & support teams in beautiful harmony:

    Like our other CRM gadgets, it would give you a real-time view of what information is in Microsoft Dynamics CRM about any user you look at in UserVoice include any pending Microsoft Dynamics CRM Opportunities or Tasks. This means your support team won’t be needing to give them Microsoft Dynamics CRM access.

    The complementing service hook would help push information the other way. Syncing UserVoice support tickets to the correct Microsoft Dynamics CRM Cases record in real-time.

  4. Be able to use Service Hooks with a specific Forum or category

    For example, right now with the Slack integration, you have to push all ideas across all Forums. It would be great if you could choose a specific forum or category when using Service Hooks to push data.

  5. Intercom Integration

    It would be great to integrate with Intercom so that I can better keep track of all user interactions. I have separate conversations with registered users on Intercom and UserVoice, which can get a little confusing.

    I love how UserVoice keeps track of the users' actions (votes, comments, etc.) but having the ability to align that with the community messages and interactions I am having on the Intercom platform would be amazing.

  6. Asana Integration

    Asana is THE most awesome task management tool for teams.

    Prioritized product features in Asana could be added to UserVoice automatically, allowing users to vote, discuss, and get updates on them.

    Tickets could be posted and managed from Asana, where our team manages everything from product management, google docs, business planning, fund raising, idea boxes and a list far too long to mention here!

  7. VSO integration work with multiple VSO accounts

    With the VSO integration you can only set up the integration with a single VSO account. However, if you have a UserVoice account that gathers feedback for multiple products, it's very likely you will have multiple VSO accounts.

    Ideally, you would be able to set up the integration in UV with multiple VSO accounts, so each product team can push ideas to their own VSO instance.

  8. Ability to search for ideas through Slack integration

    Ability to search for an idea through Slack integration. We currently have this functionality through another tool we used called Guru. Basically, I can type /guru TOPIC in slack and it would pull up all these articles that we have compiled re: TOPIC and post the info and link into Slack. Looking for similar functionality with UserVoice.

  9. Trello Integration

    They have a REST API - we use Trello to manage sofware projects & it would be nice if userVoice was able to create items in Trello automatically.

    We have reviewed this idea, and it’s not something we plan to implement. Even though we are deferring this idea for now, it is still open to votes and comments. We do want to hear your opinion. Thank you for the feedback, and please, keep sharing!

  10. Show user's UserVoice activity at the contact, account, and opportunity level in Salesforce

    By having user feedback from UserVoice logged in a field in Salesforce ( SFDC ) they'll be able to run their own custom reporting easier, both in SFDC and third party analytics tools that are already being used with SFDC (like Segment.io)

  11. Pivotal Tracker integration

    Right now there's no easy way to integrate with Pivotal Tracker without having to build your own external code to make the integration work.

    The integration built by the third party only works with PHP and some admins have had trouble getting it to work even then!

    It would be great if y'all released your own integration, so that we can easily integrate with Pivotal Tracker whether we use PHP, Ruby on Rails etc....

  12. Rally Integration

    Integrate with Rally so that UserVoice ideas can be promoted to Rally backlog. Keep Uservoice idea and Rally backlog item synchronized bidirectionally.

  15. Integrate with Microsoft Power BI for shared dashboards

    Microsoft Power BI (https://powerbi.com/) allows teams to create powerful internal dashboards from many sources. An integration with UserVoice would allow teams to share UserVoice stats and analytics with other stakeholders and teams.

  17. Connect to multiple Jira projects (1 differente project for each forum)

    Currently, the Jira integration settings are defined at the Site/Application level and once implemented, the Jira integration is made visible and accessible to all forums.
    It should be implemented at the forum level so that we can have the various forum admins steering the ideas for their own Jira project.

  18. VSTS for UserVoice Integration should enforce the same permission per user as is set in the VSTS instance linked to the UV subdomain

    For example, If a user only has read access to a project in a VSTS instance, through the UV integration, that user shouldn't be able to create issues in that project.

  20. Customer feedback in Slack can be easily sent to UserVoice

    We have a public channel in slack for our customer community. We can use the sidebar to capture feedback on top of the Slack web client, but we would also like to be able to use it in the desktop client.
