View idea suggestion when using mobile When our customers click the "suggesting a feature" link in our product when using a mobile device, the existing idea matches don't populate like they do when using a desktop computer. From our customer:
When you are in the EHR and click the upper right menu, there’s the Suggest a Feature option. But it goes to this weird page where the search doesn’t actually work.

Re-order custom idea fields As an Admin with access to change account settings for all end users, I should be able to re-order the custom Idea fields as they appear on each Idea
Some custom Idea fields are used more frequently than others, and I want those fields to be at the top of the Custom Idea Fields section

A two-way Salesforce Integration We would like for our customer facing teams that work primarily in Salesforce to be able to stay in Salesforce while having access to the relevant up to date information they need. A two-way Salesforce integration would help in this effort.

Total Number on web portal should show open and closed Currently the total number showed only shows the open ideas. End-user should know the total number of ideas submitted (open + closed)

Edit custom fields from Idea frame It would be great if we could access the custom fields straight from the idea frame.
Currently, they're boxed together under 'Custom Fields' on the idea, and one has to click the edit button, then fill out the custom field from the window that pops up.
Not a huge thing, but it would speed up my process a fair bit!

Be able to set SLAs for Ideas Add functionality to set SLAs for idea response times to keep PMs on top of newly created ideas and our customers happy as each one will receive a response from a PM in a timely manner.

Ability to view aggregated roadmaps in contributor console In the admin view, you can view ALL roadmaps at once. In the contributor console, there is no view all - you have to click to each roadmap separately which is very tedious

Expand Reportable Activity Range In the Activity Report we are limited to only the last 365 days. We would find the ability to extend this to two years very beneficial. Much of our feedback comes in cycles, with certain quarters busier than others, so we would like to report on Year-over-Year data, comparing Q3 data with last Q3 data. We can only report on YTD data, which doesn't tell the full story.

Add captured user email address back to contributor notifications On admin public status notification emails, show which users you captured the feedback from.
