Client Account Portal Client Account Portal - Would like clients to have their own admin/account portals to manage and appropriately vote on their strategic initiatives from an account level. Would like the admin portal to have permission levels - allowing clients to give visibility to their stakeholders on their ideas, vote on other ideas but not changing the importance level of the idea. This would allow our clients to give more accessibility to their users to submit feedback directly to uservoice (freeing up their time to entering ideas on their behalf) and allow them to have more control on their strategic initiatives.

Account Based Access to Ideas & Feedback A consumable and actionable view of ideas that are managed by specific contributors (ie. Account Managers, Customer Success)

Allow Label creation/editing to be separate permission so that it can be assigned to admins without giving them Settings privileges We have a lot of admins (in 100s) and need to give them the ability to create/edit/assign/unassign labels. But we can't today as that would give them Settings access as well. We need to de-couple this functionality access as we wouldn't want 100s of admins to have access to editing configuration settings

@mention a Team in a comment to notify the team of the new comment It would be useful to @mention a Team, as setup in the Teams area. Then I can notify an entire team instead of having to @mention each individual Admin.

Apply Default Status through import API endpoint when status is null In a case when you import an idea without a status specified using the API import endpoint, when both status_name and links.status are null. I'd like the behavior to apply the default status

Custom Dashboard with selected accounts 1) I would like to be able to search based on the user name - to see the user specific comments / voting / creation of ideas
2) i would also like to be able to save a view / dashboard of several clients. I have 13 accounts that i manage as CSM, i would like a dashboard that can track my clients activities in Idea Lab

Show original idea in Roadmap Feature > Linked Idea Feedback I want to view the original idea in the feedback area of a roadmap feature when I click on the linked idea

UI Notifications for Feedback left on a Feature in the Roadmap When someone leaves Feedback against a Feature in the Roadmap, you don’t receive any kind of notification other than email, and it doesn’t appear in the Activity Feed.

Individual customer feedback portal Allows a customer to submit their own ideas and get statuses back on those, but they're not able to see other ideas.

Roadmap Feature Status API Endpoint I'm working on some additional reporting and the data I miss is the history of status updated for roadmap features. It works well for ideas and I can extract it via api, but for features there is no endpoint to be able to extract this data.

Urgency Score Summary or Tool Tip Provide a text summary on suggestions that is being rated with urgency, or offer a tool tip help users understand better what is being taken into account to create this scoring.

User Permissions Configuration for Internal Status Be able to set user permissions on ideas (ie. none, vote and comment, comment only, vote only) based on the internal status configuration.

"Recent Customer Activity" (on exports) should respect the activity filter in place When filtering by a date range, "Recent Customer Activity" should respect that date range. I frequently run reports per quarter and would like to understand the most active ideas for that quarter. Currently "Recent Activity" only looks at the last 30 days

Link Related Ideas For when ideas are similar, but not the same enough to be merged. You want to link related (small appetite) ideas that can be bunched together to potentially be resolved in a single pitch or update.
Great for helping with clean up purposes, or large idea grids.
