Show assigned features on the idea export We would like to be able to see which features an idea has been tagged against within the Idea exports.

Custom Dashboard with selected accounts 1) I would like to be able to search based on the user name - to see the user specific comments / voting / creation of ideas
2) i would also like to be able to save a view / dashboard of several clients. I have 13 accounts that i manage as CSM, i would like a dashboard that can track my clients activities in Idea Lab

Add unfurling to new Slack App The previous Slack app had unfurling of links that were sent as part of the functionality. This is no longer part of the new slack app and we are requesting that it be added.

API endpoint to unassign seats Hello Team,
Currently there's an API endpoint that allows you to deactivate a user. Since most of the time this action is done when terminating a user it would be great if you could create a billing endpoint that allows you to remove seats so that you could automate user offboarding altogether.

stack rank ideas by importance Placing a importance high, med, low is great. But too often you get individuals that will rank everthing as "high" to force a priority on their ideas. Ideally it would be great if there was a way for product management to select a set of ideas and ask customers to stack rank them or assess priority of each idea based on a pool of points.
There are many techniques out there that help support this. For example, instead of stack ranking. Give every voter 100 points and ask them to apply those points to a group of ideas. This could…

keep email addresses in cc/bcc when added In Tickets, keep any additional cc email addresses if you leave the screen: Multiple times I have added cc email addresses, leave the ticket to view something else, come back and send the email, only to realize those cc's were removed when I left the screen. Suggesting they stay added even if you leave the ticket.

Add Labels when Submitting Ideas via Slack An option to add a label when submitting new ideas through the Slack integration (currently there's no label field in the bot)

Bi-directional linking We'd like to have bi-directional linking between our ESO support channels and uservoice: e.g. when submitting a new idea to UV through the "send to uservoice" bot, link the Slack thread to UserVoice and post the UserVoice link to the thread).

Highlight the open level In the Mx module, highlight the level open on the screen (example 4.1.1) in the right-hand column to make it easier for the user to find.

Improve clarity and speed of portal Idea Search The user reported a problem here:

Persist search text in idea title - zendesk widget Not sure how much attention you are giving your zendesk widget, but -
Currently, when you search for a uservoice idea and can't find an appropriate idea, you have the option to click "Create new idea". However, this causes you to lose the text you've typed in the search box. Expand the Labels Dropdown Filter The label dropdown filter is needlessly small. Can we expand it down a bit more on the page? See attached.

Admin View Only Permission Admin view-only permission should be named something else, such as "viewer". The term "admin" can be sensitive to a company security requirements. There should be an additional license name between contributor and admin.

Option to disable flagging feature Option to disable the flagging feature. Our process does not utilize this feature, and due to our large user base, it is unnecessary and causes a lot of confusion

filter on create date - 7 days Working on set up SLA for triaging ideas. For example, change new status to under review in 2 days, Change Under review to understood in 7 days.
Is it possible to set up an advance filter that allows boolean logic on the created date field ? For example, Status = new and Create date is > Today - 7. This would allow me to create a saved filter that i can run every day and not have to change the create date filter.

Get summary/export of all column changes in roadmap notifications when roadmap features move columns.

Allow templates to be used for feature details We should be able to create a template that's available so all PMs input details in the same way. Example: I want our broader internal team to be able to see WHY this is being built, WHICH customers have submitted ideas, and WHO the PM is for each feature. A simple template inside the description field would be very beneficial.

Distinguish who are the owners on user&accounts panel Provide a way to distinguish between 'Full Access (Owners)', 'Settings Only', and 'Limited' (admins with no access to settings). Be able to filter the user grid by these admin levels to see who has what permission.
