  6. Request to Become a Contributor

    I’m in a situation where we have sales units places globally and I do not know the names of all these people and therefor I cannot invite them from the admin console. Not all of them at least. I can identify a part of our sales and support people and invite them. But I’m wondering if it would be possible for the rest to request to be a contributor?

  7. UserVoice Salesforce Lightning Component

    I’m not expecting anything much different from what is being captured from the Salesforce Opportunity record. It would be the same fields to capture the contact’s email, feedback, vote/idea and any need for escalation. It would be just the information being asked by the Sidebar but made into a Lightning component so that it is integrated right into Salesforce. I have been in several calls with Customer Success members last week and it was definitely a struggle trying to help them install the Chrome bookmark and guide them to use this outside of Salesforce.

  8. FRs by Account in Table Format and/or Export

    I'd like to easily review all Feature Requests that match a customer or keyword (eg.. company name) in a simple and easy to review table; as opposed to the blog view we can see in the activity dashboard search results today. I'd also like the ability to easily export that table of data into a CSV/XLS

  9. Contributor Console: Filter Status Update by Product Area or Forum

    Ability to filter the public status updates by Forum. Sometimes you want to see updates for a specific product (our forums are product based).

    Additionally, we have some internal forums that would be nice to filter out of this view.

  14. When setting a status, allow an editable subject field

    Want to be able to edit the subject of status updates, to more effectively communicate with our users.

  17. Chrome Extension: Link Multiple Ideas

    It would be wonderful to link more than one UV when creating feedback on behalf of our users It's not totally uncommon for us to subscribe a user to a few UVs based on their comments and I just thought it would be really cool if we could add one user to multiple ideas. less clicks is always great!!

  18. Option to Stop Closed Ideas from Appearing in Contributor Portal Search Results

    I would like the option to prevent closed ideas from appearing in my contributor portal idea search results. When an idea is closed, completed, declined, etc, nobody is going to be referring to it anymore. With thousands of ideas in our database, the odds of a search term returning a closed idea is almost a guarantee, making it harder for them to find the best fit among our currently open ideas.

  19. Reformat contributor notifications to the old format that contained user information

    Can you please bring back the old contributor notification email back where it contained:
    * The text of the feedback that you captured from the customer
    * The page you were on when you captured the feedback
    * The customer's name, email address, and account
    * If the user notified of the status update?

    This was so helpful for our CSM/AM agents to see who from the customers base they need to follow up with when a feature is released.

    Now we don't see this great format with the emails attached to the feature released notification, but we really want…

  20. Flagging an idea as important in the admin portal behaves differently than any other console

    If you flag an idea as important in the admin portal, it only associates this activity with the admin who placed the flag. If you do it elsewhere (console, sidebar, contributor dashboard) then it is associated with the user/account that it is being flagged on behalf of. We would like to be able to do this from the admin console as well.
