Choose default and required settings for sidebar Allow users to chose their own default settings for sidebar. Some people want customers automatically subscribed and some want to require specific fields.

Enable "blocker" feature on a per-user basis We would really love to use the "blocker" feature when capturing feedback with the Contributor Sidebar and Salesforce integration. However, with a few different teams utilizing the sidebar, and each of those teams having a different definition of what a "blocker" is, we worry we may get suggestions marked as "blockers" for a a number of different reasons.
It would be INCREDIBLY helpful to us if we were able to enable the ability to mark a suggestion as a "blocker" on a per-user basis. That way we could ensure that each user with the "blocker" feature enabled is working off…

Indicate how many requests teams and team members are capturing This would help monitor and drive adoption in an organization.

View internal notes via contributor console The ability for contributors to also view internal idea notes, in addition to status messages in the idea overview.

Limit Contributors to Specific Forums Limit which forums Contributors can post to, and set their permission for forums by team. Currently Contributors can post ideas to any open forum on an account.

Show top contributors over time See who the top 10 or 20 contributors have been over a time range (month, quarter, year, etc.) so once can give some positive reinforcement

Be able to include custom text and links in the Contributor sidebar When using the sidebar, some customers want to be able to include specific instructions for their contributors or links to external resources.

Subscribe multiple customers to an idea when capturing feedback For the contributor sidebar / adding support, it would be useful to be able to add more than one subscriber to the feedback.
My use case is that I had a meeting with a customer and I'm capturing feedback from the notes I have from the meeting. From this company, I have two people that I'd like to subscribe to updates on these items but I really don't want to create double entries for this because it's tedious work.

Ability to push a custom email from the contributor console and sidebar when capturing an idea or piece of feedback. When capturing feedback on behalf of a prospect or user, I'd like to have the ability for the option to have control of an email notification on save. This way when I capture the feedback I can immediately message the prospect or user that their feedback has been captured and have additional context/control over the communication.

Contributor Console needs export capabilities Love the new console - makes things much easier.
What we really need though is a way for contributors to export lists for different accounts within the contributor console.
This allows our field reps to more easily review the supported ideas for our accounts during quarterly review business calls.

Sidebar Linking Ideas Should Add User's Idea as Comments on the linked Idea When using the Sidebar, we're asked to get the client's idea in the Private section which is visible to Admins on the Uservoice portal and then link to an existing idea if it's close enough. This is a fantastic model to avoid duplicate postings and to ensure we have an accurate number of supporters for any given idea. However, my client's idea may be slightly different or have a different outlook than the currently posted Idea I'm linking to.
Current functionality will allow me to add private comments on behalf of a user to an existing idea and subscribe that…

Contributor Console should also list feedback captured without idea The activity stream in the Contributor Console does only list Feedback captured with a link to an idea.
This reflects how it works in "Ideas & Feedback | All Activity" in the Admin interface, but both are wrong. "All" means all. So also feedback without idea should list there. In the admin at least you can select "Needs idea". In the Contributor Console I do not see such an option.4 votes -
Filter idea search in contributor console by Forum Some of the forums are archived and not relevant, and I don't need their results cluttering my search in the contributor console.
