Sort forums consistently in admin console, web portal, and settings In the suggestion setting of the admin console, forums are ordered by the number of suggestions in each forum with public forums grouped at the top of the list. On the web portal and in the admin console settings, forums are shown in alphabetical order. It would be helpful to have this order be consistent in all 3 places, or let admins choose their own order.

Ability to enhance search results by creating keyword associations. Example: Someone could be providing feedback on the "widget" but the word they use is "pop-up".
This would be especially helpful for companies that have custom names for functionality that may not be obvious to their users.

Provide the ability to search comments within a single topic. I want to search existing comments on a topic to avoid posting something if it has already been said. Manually scanning comments is too burdensome if there are many comments (>50, >75, some significant number).

Sort Suggestions by Description Sort suggestions by descriptions. Only my team manages descriptions but all of our employees can submit suggestions. I need to make sure every suggestion has a description or details and right now I have to scroll through a long list to find the ones that don't have a description. Allow me to sort by description so that these are easier to find.

The UI for managing the public status needs a Usability tweak. Love the new ability to set/manage an internal status. However, there's room for improvement for the iconography with the public status, see attachment.
The status icon is using a globe (for public) not the grey dot for under review status.
It also remains 'open' after posting a status which makes it seem like it doesn't have a status assigned. It might be better to auto-close it after setting the status.

Allow an account to prioritize the suggestions they support Allow an account to see all the requests they support and prioritize them

Show category on the "Related Activity and Moderation" page Display category on the Activity and Moderation page, so admins can quickly identify if an idea has been incorrectly categorized.

Add place to post guidelines, instructions for a forum. Want to be able to post announcements and guidelines for the forum. While you can add some content in the welcome or forum message, these distract from user engaging with the forums.
Would like to be able to post rich content that displays within the overall UV experience.

In-Line Images for Ideas/Comments It would be nice to be able to add images to both the ideas and the comments, status updates, etc. in line. Visuals are worth so much when discussing ideas in depth and a huge part of managing feedback is clarity of the conversation. It's really frustrating to have to go post that image on a hosted site and link to it. Pretty much unacceptable in this day and age, in fact.

One thing that may be valuable as well, we did recently release attachments on comments. End users can now include attachments when posting comments.

Allow comments to be voted on I've been loving the user feedback mechanism for Adobe XD. One challenge though-- the ideas can be voted up, but the comments can't. They really try to avoid having redundant ideas, but often some of the comments will explain a nuance that really should get traction, but can get lost down in the conversation thread. It would be great if we could also vote on the comments. Maybe it wouldn't change the order because you still want the conversation thread to make sense, but just to see that other people agree with a comment would be helpful.

Let admins move comments between ideas Sometimes end-users may leave a comment on the wrong idea, or in the wrong forum.
Admins can recognize this and would like the ability to move a comment to the correct place on behalf of the user.

Block new submissions and keep the voting option. Currently it was necessary to block new submissions, however we need to keep the voting option in the suggestions that have already been created.
Would you be create this option?

When importing suggestions, add end-user creators as supporters When an admin imports suggestions via CSV, they can specify an end-user email address as the suggestion creator. It would be helpful in some cases so have this end-user creator also be added as a supporter and subscribed to updates.

Ability to set a default status for new suggestions Be able to set a "starting" status for new suggestions so that when a suggestion is created it has a status already applied.

Be able to remove status history on an idea Sometimes the status of an idea changes. For example, the PM team might have started work on a new feature, but then put it back in the backlog and the status is changed from "started" to "planned."
Since users can review the history of an idea on the web portal it could look to them like the product is going backwards and erode confidence.
Admins would like the ability to remove the status history from being accessible users or erase a previous status.
(Note: on the latest version of UserVoice you can edit the status message, but you can't edit…

Bulk Actions in moderation Allow bulk actions to occur in the moderation tab, or have a filter to show unmoderated ideas in the suggestions grid.

Ability to filter by labels when looking at a user's suggestions though the Users & Accounts list When I am looking at a user's supported suggestions through the user & account's list in the admin portal I would like the ability to filter their supported suggestions by labels.

Make the profanity filter apply to user names, comment urls, email addresses Currently the profanity filter does not apply to usernames, URLs in comments, or email addresses.

Provide Parent/Child relationship for Merged Items Merging ideas is fantastic but to have the idea merged as a comment isn't so good.
Ideally, the merge should allow for a Parent/Child relationship i.e. both ideas continue as individual ideas rather than a comment of the other.
