  3. Add the ability to click into a report of each public status type for the "ideas by status" chart

    For the "No status" public status column in the "Ideas by Status" chart, add the ability to click that column and link to a report of all those ideas with "No status", "Under Review" etc. so I can drill in and update.

  4. Filter Ideas by Jira Status

    It would be great to have a filter by Jira Status to easily update the ideas status.
    For instance, updating the Ideas when the Jira Status is Completed. Now it is not easy to find the ideas with an specific Jira status

  5. Allow for automatic archiving based on set rules

    I'd like the ability to set rules for age of an idea + number of votes to automatically archive to a private forum. Such as, anything older than 4 years with less than 4 votes gets sent to an Archive forum so we have the information, if needed, but don't have to manually do the maintenance work.

  6. Add screen shot to idea from clipboard

    I really need/want and easy way to add images (screen shots) from clipboard (like e.g. Target Process does it e.g. on their help desk) - a small picture often says more that 140 characters ... and more clearly

    It is really no different that attaching an image files, just a lot less clicking and tying

  7. Show categories even if they contain completed or no suggestions

    If a category in a forum on the web portal doesn't contain any open suggestions, it doesn't appear.

    If a user is trying to see completed suggestions in this category (without searching) they aren't able to.

  8. If idea is flagged by a user, show it as flagged even if they refresh the page

    If a user clicks "Flag this as inappropriate" on the web portal, the link will show as "flagged". But if they refresh the page, they'll be able to click on the "Flag this as inappropriate" link again.

    Allow bulk actions to occur in the moderation tab, or have a filter to show unmoderated ideas in the suggestions grid.

  10. Be able to remove status history on an idea

    Sometimes the status of an idea changes. For example, the PM team might have started work on a new feature, but then put it back in the backlog and the status is changed from "started" to "planned."

    Since users can review the history of an idea on the web portal it could look to them like the product is going backwards and erode confidence.

    Admins would like the ability to remove the status history from being accessible users or erase a previous status.

  11. Would it be possible to include date tag to admin replies on main page? We want people to see when the admin update/comment was posted.

    Today they can see it only if they click on particular idea, but cannot see it right away on main page.

    Hi Everyone,

    We have reviewed this idea, and it’s not something we plan to implement. Even though we are deferring this idea for now, it is still open to votes and comments. We do want to hear your opinion. Thank you for the feedback, and please, keep sharing!

  12. Keep log of status updates after merging suggestions

    When I merge suggestion A into suggestion B, the comments from suggestion A are copied into suggestion B - but any status updates from suggestion A are not.

    Sometimes there's useful stuff in the old status update, such as troubleshooting steps to see if the symptoms match a known issue or not. So it's nice to be able to access those old status messages to copy-paste from them, for example.

    (The idea https://feedback.uservoice.com/forums/1-general-feedback/suggestions/4012056-canned-responses-for-suggestion-status-updates would help with this a bit, but only if you planned ahead and already knew you wanted to reuse the exact text of the status message).

    After reviewing this idea, we’ve decided it’s not something we plan to implement at this time. Even though we are deferring this idea for now, it is still open to votes and comments. We do want to hear your opinion. Thank you for the feedback, and please, keep sharing!

  13. Release version on completed ideas

    When an idea is completed I would like to say which version of our product it was addressed in. And also allow customers on our forum to see what is included in each release version.

    Hi everyone!

    Our Product Team reviewed this idea, and discussed internally.

    We built the “My Feedback” section in settings to list ideas a user has supported either by leaving a comment or casting a vote.

    While we can definitely understanding users wanting to see ideas they created, but no longer support, this is not a use case we designed this part of the application for.

    We do have supporter mode now for our product forums, which does let users support as many ideas as they want.   15. Link Related Ideas

    For when ideas are similar, but not the same enough to be merged. You want to link related (small appetite) ideas that can be bunched together to potentially be resolved in a single pitch or update.

    Great for helping with clean up purposes, or large idea grids.

  16. Add reach as a filter condition

    Using the advanced filter it is possible to create an ideas grid view filtered on aspects such as number of votes or number of accounts, e.g. show me all ideas which have more than 10 accounts associated with it. However there is no option to filter by Reach and so you cannot build a view that says show me all ideas where the reach is > $1m. An idea may have lots of votes and/or lots of accounts who need it, but we often want to look at addressing ideas that have the largest reach but are unable to do…

  17. Row count in ideas/feedback lists

    In the Ideas and Feedback list, it would be nice to have a line item for the rows, like a Google Sheet. That way, we can say, feature 15 or 33, in a specific list etc.

  18. Re-order custom idea fields

    As an Admin with access to change account settings for all end users, I should be able to re-order the custom Idea fields as they appear on each Idea

    Some custom Idea fields are used more frequently than others, and I want those fields to be at the top of the Custom Idea Fields section

  19. Remove Advanced Filters when Merging

    Once a new advanced filter is applied, if I try to merge, there is no way to remove the advanced filter to find ideas. This is quite problematic for the use of advanced filters for us.

    Commonly, I apply an advanced filter for a specific account to see all of their new ideas. I want to be able to merge ideas from this, but when I try to do so, no ideas are found.
