Be able to share an Idea from UserVoice When looking at an Idea, I'd like to be able to click on a button or icon to quickly share the webpage I am looking at.

Add the ability to click into a report of each public status type for the "ideas by status" chart For the "No status" public status column in the "Ideas by Status" chart, add the ability to click that column and link to a report of all those ideas with "No status", "Under Review" etc. so I can drill in and update.

Filter Ideas by Jira Status It would be great to have a filter by Jira Status to easily update the ideas status.
For instance, updating the Ideas when the Jira Status is Completed. Now it is not easy to find the ideas with an specific Jira status4 votes -
Allow for automatic archiving based on set rules I'd like the ability to set rules for age of an idea + number of votes to automatically archive to a private forum. Such as, anything older than 4 years with less than 4 votes gets sent to an Archive forum so we have the information, if needed, but don't have to manually do the maintenance work.

Show categories even if they contain completed or no suggestions If a category in a forum on the web portal doesn't contain any open suggestions, it doesn't appear.
If a user is trying to see completed suggestions in this category (without searching) they aren't able to.

If idea is flagged by a user, show it as flagged even if they refresh the page If a user clicks "Flag this as inappropriate" on the web portal, the link will show as "flagged". But if they refresh the page, they'll be able to click on the "Flag this as inappropriate" link again.

Bulk Actions in moderation Allow bulk actions to occur in the moderation tab, or have a filter to show unmoderated ideas in the suggestions grid.

Be able to remove status history on an idea Sometimes the status of an idea changes. For example, the PM team might have started work on a new feature, but then put it back in the backlog and the status is changed from "started" to "planned."
Since users can review the history of an idea on the web portal it could look to them like the product is going backwards and erode confidence.
Admins would like the ability to remove the status history from being accessible users or erase a previous status.

Would it be possible to include date tag to admin replies on main page? We want people to see when the admin update/comment was posted. Would it be possible to include date tag to admin replies on main page? We want people to see when the admin update/comment was posted without having to click into the idea.
Today they can see it only if they click on particular idea, but cannot see it right away on main page.

Keep log of status updates after merging suggestions When I merge suggestion A into suggestion B, the comments from suggestion A are copied into suggestion B - but any status updates from suggestion A are not.
Sometimes there's useful stuff in the old status update, such as troubleshooting steps to see if the symptoms match a known issue or not. So it's nice to be able to access those old status messages to copy-paste from them, for example.

Release version on completed ideas When an idea is completed I would like to say which version of our product it was addressed in. And also allow customers on our forum to see what is included in each release version.

Hi everyone!
Our Product Team reviewed this idea, and discussed internally.
We built the “My Feedback” section in settings to list ideas a user has supported either by leaving a comment or casting a vote.
While we can definitely understanding users wanting to see ideas they created, but no longer support, this is not a use case we designed this part of the application for.

Filter simple text custom fields Add text filtering options to allow filtering of simple text, url, and/or multi-line text.
Use specific criteria like "Equals", "Does not equal", "Begins with", or "Ends with".

Ability to Filter/Search by "Created by" (aka original idea submitter) I wish there was a way to filter down or search ideas by the "Submitter" or "Created by." I feel like I have looked high and low in the UI and don't seem to have found a easy way to go about this.
The use case is that when we get feedback from external users and I reach out to them via email to gather more context, I don't even share the Feedback Portal link with them because Content Hub's portal is not public, so they wouldn't be able to access it.

Allow Label creation/editing to be separate permission so that it can be assigned to admins without giving them Settings privileges We have a lot of admins (in 100s) and need to give them the ability to create/edit/assign/unassign labels. But we can't today as that would give them Settings access as well. We need to de-couple this functionality access as we wouldn't want 100s of admins to have access to editing configuration settings

Bulk migrating Feedback between Ideas We need an easy way to fully and quickly move the feedback from one Idea to another without having to refer back to the old Idea.
For example, we had an Idea for a request to bring back a running timer widget on our mobile apps. We did the work for iPhones, but we didn't do it for Android yet. Add reach as a filter condition Using the advanced filter it is possible to create an ideas grid view filtered on aspects such as number of votes or number of accounts, e.g. show me all ideas which have more than 10 accounts associated with it. However there is no option to filter by Reach and so you cannot build a view that says show me all ideas where the reach is > $1m. Row count in ideas/feedback lists In the Ideas and Feedback list, it would be nice to have a line item for the rows, like a Google Sheet. That way, we can say, feature 15 or 33, in a specific list etc.
