  2. Filter ideas in grid by revenue band

    Enable admins to indicate a revenue band to filter ideas in the idea grid. For example, I want to be able to indicate that I can view all ideas at least showing 10K minimum in support.

  3. Remember what page I was on even after I refresh the page

    For example, If the user is look ideas 161 through 180 on the idea grid. After refresh, they should remain on that page as opposed to being kicked back to page 1 (ideas 1 - 20).

  5. Show actual values instead of percentage for WON Opps

    In the SALESFORCE section of the Ideas & Feedback page, the information for Potential and Lost Opportunities is showing actual numbers, while WON opportunities is only showing percentages. It would be nice to also have the amount of won Opps and the related revenue there to maintain the same criteria.

  7. Add the ability to click into a report of each public status type for the "ideas by status" chart

    For the "No status" public status column in the "Ideas by Status" chart, add the ability to click that column and link to a report of all those ideas with "No status", "Under Review" etc. so I can drill in and update.

  8. Filter Ideas by Jira Status

    It would be great to have a filter by Jira Status to easily update the ideas status.
    For instance, updating the Ideas when the Jira Status is Completed. Now it is not easy to find the ideas with an specific Jira status

  9. Allow for automatic archiving based on set rules

    I'd like the ability to set rules for age of an idea + number of votes to automatically archive to a private forum. Such as, anything older than 4 years with less than 4 votes gets sent to an Archive forum so we have the information, if needed, but don't have to manually do the maintenance work.

  10. Show categories even if they contain completed or no suggestions

    If a category in a forum on the web portal doesn't contain any open suggestions, it doesn't appear.

    If a user is trying to see completed suggestions in this category (without searching) they aren't able to.

  11. If idea is flagged by a user, show it as flagged even if they refresh the page

    If a user clicks "Flag this as inappropriate" on the web portal, the link will show as "flagged". But if they refresh the page, they'll be able to click on the "Flag this as inappropriate" link again.

  12. Be able to remove status history on an idea

    Sometimes the status of an idea changes. For example, the PM team might have started work on a new feature, but then put it back in the backlog and the status is changed from "started" to "planned."

    Since users can review the history of an idea on the web portal it could look to them like the product is going backwards and erode confidence.

    Admins would like the ability to remove the status history from being accessible users or erase a previous status.

  13. Would it be possible to include date tag to admin replies on main page? We want people to see when the admin update/comment was posted.

    Today they can see it only if they click on particular idea, but cannot see it right away on main page.

    We have reviewed this idea, and it’s not something we plan to implement. Even though we are deferring this idea for now, it is still open to votes and comments. We do want to hear your opinion. Thank you for the feedback, and please, keep sharing!

  14. Keep log of status updates after merging suggestions

    When I merge suggestion A into suggestion B, the comments from suggestion A are copied into suggestion B - but any status updates from suggestion A are not.

    Sometimes there's useful stuff in the old status update, such as troubleshooting steps to see if the symptoms match a known issue or not. So it's nice to be able to access those old status messages to copy-paste from them, for example.

    (The idea https://feedback.uservoice.com/forums/1-general-feedback/suggestions/4012056-canned-responses-for-suggestion-status-updates would help with this a bit, but only if you planned ahead and already knew you wanted to reuse the exact text of the status message).

    After reviewing this idea, we’ve decided it’s not something we plan to implement at this time. Even though we are deferring this idea for now, it is still open to votes and comments. We do want to hear your opinion. Thank you for the feedback, and please, keep sharing!

  15. Customize branding per forum

    Different forums can represent different products or product groups. Admins want to be able to quickly and easily customize the look and feel of each forum, including the logo, images, and design.

    Right now, this can only be accomplished with significant custom design. It would be ideal if there were features for easily managing this in UserVoice.

    Hi everyone!

    Our Product Team reviewed this idea, and discussed internally.

    We built the “My Feedback” section in settings to list ideas a user has supported either by leaving a comment or casting a vote.

    While we can definitely understanding users wanting to see ideas they created, but no longer support, this is not a use case we designed this part of the application for.

    We do have supporter mode now for our product forums, which does let users support as many ideas as they want.   17. AI-Powered Feedback Intake with Automated Problem Statement Generation

    Enable a conversational AI-based feedback intake system that guides users through a lightweight chat interface (instead of a static form) to extract the root problem. The system automatically generates a problem-oriented idea title and description, confirms it with the user, and organizes it into the appropriate forum with recommended labels and metadata.

  18. Recommended Labels Visible in Export

    I'd love it if we were able to understand which labels were applied by the team, and which were AI recommended on the export. After we accept a suggested label, we can see the difference in the Idea Grid based on the color scheme. However, when you export the data, you cannot tell the difference.

    Recommended labels are now included in exports from the grid, however we don't yet indicate whether a label that has been applied to an Idea came from a recommendation or not. We'll look to include this in the future, but hopefully the addition of the current recommended labels is of some help.

  19. User Sentiment Breakdown

    Enable a centralized summary view that clearly shows who supports, opposes, or is neutral on an idea, along with their reasoning captured in private feedback or comments.

  20. Filter simple text custom fields

    Add text filtering options to allow filtering of simple text, url, and/or multi-line text.

    Use specific criteria like "Equals", "Does not equal", "Begins with", or "Ends with".
