All these may contain comments from the customer and we would like an easy way for a CSM to extract the data from the comment create an idea and then link the idea back to the Salesforce object with a 2 way links. Timeline View for Roadmap In addition to a status view also have a timeline view. Right now I am using the status as a timeline to achieve the view, but ideally I would not have to sacrifice a status view for a timeline view. Having both views would be ideal. Roadmaps are largely about forecasting time frames for delivery not statuses.

Create team dialog show existing team names In Admin Settings, the Create team dialog should show the currently assigned team, if it is assigned already. I'm trying to bulk assign contributor team members that haven't been assigned yet and it's very difficult and tedious currently.

Allow sharing of Idea Lists/Grid Views with groups of people Sharing views so that people can have the see the same filtered list of ideas is incredibly useful, e.g. seeing the top ideas by reach, seeing ideas that have been delivered, seeing the ideas that need work on, etc but the current implementation of views makes this challenging because:
- If you want to share a view with a group of people you have to manually specify them one by one, there is no way of specifying a group of people - in an ideal world I would be able to share a view with everyone in the EMEA Success team…

Idea Status Dashboard by Client/Account Would like to see accounts by idea status, by year, and total released % from total account ideas.

Create owner role for Idea Lists and Grid Views Sharing views so that people can have the see the same filtered list of ideas is incredibly useful, e.g. seeing the top ideas by reach, seeing ideas that have been delivered, seeing the ideas that need work on, etc but the current implementation of views makes this challenging because:
- Anyone you share the view with can edit the view, e.g. change the criteria, change the columns etc and this will impact everyone - you should be able to either define owners of a view who are the only ones who can edit it
5 votesWe've added some functionality that should help with this idea. You can now share Idea Lists and Grid Views with the entire team of Admins with a single checkbox.
We'll be working to improve the configurability of list sharing and permissions in the future!

Enable Name Editing When Creating Ideas Allow users to edit or assign names when creating ideas, especially when using the feedback extension.

Merging ideas & moderation of comments Please remove the comment moderation step when merging ideas. If I’ve reviewed an idea and decided it should be merged into another, it doesn’t make sense to then have to manually approve the user’s comment afterwards. It’s just an unnecessary extra step.
The goal is to ensure their feedback is carried over, not just their vote - this should happen automatically during the merge.
Please reconsider this flow.

Simplify attaching screenshots to Ideas Attaching screenshots to the ideas has become a nightmare. I can't choose multiple files in one go, and once the first file has been attached, I have no option to attach a second. For that reason I can't add the other screenshots to the idea.

Enable Site-Level Domain-Based Access Control (No SSO Required) Allow site-wide access control to forums based on verified email domains instead of requiring SSO integration or managing access at the individual forum level.

More options in advanced search Please update your advanced filters. We need more options. For example, excluding ideas that have been added to an idea list already.
An that's just a simple example. For more complex searches, we need something like JQL in Jira. Thanks!

Rework label Please make the labels more fluid and easy to manage, e.g. add the option to remove them by clicking X, instead of having to open the labels modal, searching and then un-checking the box. Should be similar to how the labels work in Jira.

Individual customer feedback portal Allows a customer to submit their own ideas and get statuses back on those, but they're not able to see other ideas.
