Submit Button of Question Slides Adobe Captivate 12.3 I am testing my course on scorm cloud. In my course Quiz questions are present. All the Quiz slides are built using default Question slides template provided by Adobe Captivate 12.3. When I retake the quiz and close the course while taking the Quiz. Relaunch the course again, it redirects me to the question slide where I left last time. Then I select the option and try to submit the Quiz. The Submit button gets disabled. I am not able to submit my question.

Provide cheaper plans and gain more customers. Provide a free plan for charities & nonprofits to use, as $39/month is not affordable.
Provide a cheaper plan for very small businesses (e.g. $120/year).
You are only targeting very large corporations and missing out on other organizations with smaller budgets.The people using UserVoice in these cheaper plans may refer higher-paying businesses as well.
So disappointed you are taking away the free plan for charities. This does not look good on your company. What happened to CSR? The least you could do is allow charities to use your platform for free, if you're not going to take any other…

Persist search text in idea title - zendesk widget Not sure how much attention you are giving your zendesk widget, but -
Currently, when you search for a uservoice idea and can't find an appropriate idea, you have the option to click "Create new idea". However, this causes you to lose the text you've typed in the search box. I wish the text you've searched for carried over to the idea title!1 voteWe'll be improving the feedback capture experience in Zendesk and other popular tools as we roll out our new Feedback Capture Chrome Extension in the coming weeks.

Score Feature based on Number of Comments and Notes For feature scoring, it would be helpful to also be able to score based on the number of comments and number of notes as this also is a measure of pervasiveness and urgency of the problem

See who has requested a suggestion in the sidebar Where ever we show a count of requests on a suggestion on the Contributor Sidebar, be able to see who has requested it. This way I won't waste time logging a duplicate request.

The UI for managing the public status needs a Usability tweak. Love the new ability to set/manage an internal status. However, there's room for improvement for the iconography with the public status, see attachment.
The status icon is using a globe (for public) not the grey dot for under review status.
It also remains 'open' after posting a status which makes it seem like it doesn't have a status assigned. It might be better to auto-close it after setting the status.

Surface the ability to move categories from the hamburger menu It would be nice to be able to move a suggestion from the hamburger menu or edit functionality. Also surfacing the forum/category from the activity feed would reduce time taken to triage

The Ability of Voting Down on an Idea We would like to have the ability to "vote down" against a suggestion. This functionality will help us understanding if the number of people that doesn't want that particular feature is bigger or smaller than the number of people that want a particular feature.
1 voteDownvoting is a feature that has been requested over the history of UserVoice. We believe that upvoting keeps the public conversation positive. Furthermore, voting is only one important metric in assessing the end user’s value of an idea.
We have found that strong, positive signal on a UserVoice idea will be one trigger that a product team will use to investigate the Idea further. Downvotes should not dissuade a product team from taking action if it is the correct strategic move for a product.
I know that this answer won’t satisfy everyone, but we have thought about it extensively, debated it internally at length over the years, and have arrived at this conclusion.

Restrict widget implementation to specific URls This would make it such that an implemented widget can only function on a predetermined web URl or domain.

Option to require an email address and message for NPS Ratings If a user submits an NPS rating, they aren't required to leave a message or even give an email address. This can be frustrating for several reason...
For passives and detractors, you want to know why they gave you a low score. Just getting a 0 or 4 doesn't help.
If they don't give an email address either, you have no way to follow up and ask why.

Indicate that a suggestion was flagged by a user When viewing the moderation queue, it would be helpful to see a visual cue that a suggestion is in the queue because it was flagged by an end-user. This could prevent some confusion about why an idea needs moderation.

Export all users who have been active for a specific time frame Be able to export a list of users who have supported ideas, commented or created ideas in a specific time frame, so admins can measure user engagement month over month.

You can use our Analysis Export to get an export of all ideas and supporters on ideas for a specific time frame, but that would not include users who commented, so not quite what you are requesting with this idea. Notifications for changes to Exports Provide an option to receive notification of updates and changes to column data in exports

Widget Experience on Mobile: Orientation Resize has a delay When the uservoice widget is rendered in landscape mode on mobile, it takes a second or two to resize so that it looks okay. This is without scrolling and seems like the resizing has a delay.
1 voteOur Engineering team looked into this. We do expect it could take the widget a second or two to resize when viewing in landscape mode on mobile.

Allow .zip file attachments Allow users to attach .zip files to ideas and comments

.zip attachments can contain any file type, and since most browsers immediately download and open .zip files this is a security concern. For this reason, we are not able to allow .zip attachments.
