Select multiple forums/statuses in menu of Advanced Filters/Filters etc. using command/ctrl + shift Similar to selecting multiple cells in Google Sheets, it would be convenient to auto-select in between the two clicks for content populating the Advanced Filter/Filter lists.

Notification regarding a new comment that's been made on an idea following your public status update There have been instances that users do not use the response feature to reply to a public status update in which we might be prompting users for additional information. Instead, they comment on their original idea, and we have no way to know they have followed up on the request/question posed in the public status update. Having some kind of feed for new comments on statuses that have been updated by an Admin for these instances would be helpful to prevent broken communications. We've got some ideas in the works for how to do this (and more) to let you customize which Ideas you'd like to follow and get notified when activity happens.

Ability to respond to a user's comment publicly and thread the response to the comment being responded to It would be nice to clarify confusion about a product left as a comment on an idea. There have been times in the past that we have used a single idea to almost act as a thread for feedback via comments. Currently, you can only respond privately to one user to address their concern; however it would be helpful to have that information seen publicly to other users, in case they run into the same issue. Provide a field that can be sorted by state for product ideas I am in Washington State and I don't care to see ideas specific to other states. Please add a required field for product ideas for the state it's being posted for and make it a filtered field so I can filter to only Washington State ideas.

Create owner role for Idea Lists and Grid Views Sharing views so that people can have the see the same filtered list of ideas is incredibly useful, e.g. seeing the top ideas by reach, seeing ideas that have been delivered, seeing the ideas that need work on, etc but the current implementation of views makes this challenging because:
- Anyone you share the view with can edit the view, e.g. change the criteria, change the columns etc and this will impact everyone - you should be able to either define owners of a view who are the only ones who can edit it
5 votesWe've added some functionality that should help with this idea. You can now share Idea Lists and Grid Views with the entire team of Admins with a single checkbox.
We'll be working to improve the configurability of list sharing and permissions in the future!

Alphabetize Category Dropdown Category field when Editing Ideas should be alphabetized.

Relocate Created info Date Often we need to see the created date, especially when merging. Now with the new UX it is hidden behind a collapsed view. Can we either not collapse the details by default or relocate the created by info so it isn't collapsed??

SCIM Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) Please create SCIM for Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory).
5 votesWe'll be implementing SCIM for Microsoft environments in the coming weeks. Their spec includes some optional elements of the SCIM spec, so we're working to understand those now in preparation for implementation.

New look ideas page - show internal status description On the new look ideas page you can see the internal status on the right hand side but not the internal status description which is really important for us without clicking on the internal status. Would be great if this was shown under the internal status field on the right hand side.

Bug with Scroll Bar when on Insights Tab within an Idea When on the Insights tab within an Idea I am not able to scroll down to see the ID # and any other information below the Importance Scale. The scroll bar just snaps back to the top.

New Details Page: default open to Insights tab/sticky I like the new details page UX. Could we configure the default page that opens up (currently defaults to Activity) or default to show the last opened tab? We prefer to see the "Insights" tab by default

Fix Description Field to Top of Header during scroll In the new idea field's header, fix the description field at the top of the screen with the title as you scroll through the activity feed.
in general, having a large viewable field before having to click 'More' would be better here too8 votes -
Link to idea in feedback email/notification Email that has subject "feedback added" shows the feedback that was left but no link or other info that takes you to the idea/feedback in the portal. Suggest that this information be added to this notification.

Allow search of feedback in Roadmap search bar The search function in the roadmap only looks in the feature titles. Would like for it to also search through the feedback that is connected to the feature.

Email Triggers to send auto emails Ability to set triggers for when pre-created emails should go out. Ie: when an email receives x amount of votes, send an email to all users letting them know that the product team will not look at the idea for consideration.

Remove Advanced Filters when Merging Once a new advanced filter is applied, if I try to merge, there is no way to remove the advanced filter to find ideas. This is quite problematic for the use of advanced filters for us.
Commonly, I apply an advanced filter for a specific account to see all of their new ideas. I want to be able to merge ideas from this, but when I try to do so, no ideas are found. It also took me a while to realize that this is due to the advanced filter -- there is nothing on the merge screen that would…

When merging, option to not carry over labels Currently, when you merge ideas the labels carry over from the original idea to the merged idea. Most of the time this is fine, however there are time when we don't want that to occur.
Can we please have an option during merge to disable the labels carrying over?
