Better 4xx error descriptions in responses for Admin API (v2) 403 {"errors":{"error":"forbidden"}} could be returned due to a few reasons which aren't always quickly apparent. More checks on the back end and informative error description would be really useful in identifying the cause.

API endpoint to unassign seats Hello Team,
Currently there's an API endpoint that allows you to deactivate a user. Since most of the time this action is done when terminating a user it would be great if you could create a billing endpoint that allows you to remove seats so that you could automate user offboarding altogether.

Slack thread summarizer Slack threads tend to be long, especially for support requests. Leveraging AI functionality or otherwise, would be good to summarize a slack thread and derive product feature requests out of it while using "Send to UserVoice" functionality in Slack.

Add messaging about the inability to end an idea body with a link in the web portal When submitting an idea from the web portal, if the end of the idea body is a link, the idea will not post and there will be an error. My biggest concern is that there is no messaging about this. The user experience takes them to a blank white page instead of a dialogue box that instructs the user to make a correction. The experience looks broken.Ending a comment with a link is pretty common.
2 votesTo share a little insight here: The vast majority of spam we see submitted to UserVoice sites end in a link. As a quick fix, we blocked postings that ended in a URL but did so without providing an error message. Much of this spam was submitted by a human being, so failing silently would get rid of the spam without revealing a workaround.
We're checking to see whether or not this restriction still makes sense or if there are better ways we can mitigate spam without the undesirable result for legitimate end users.

Add activity score to table When filtering ideas by a specific date range, I would like to be able to sort by a numerical "Activity Score". The exports have an "Average Activity Score" but I would like the same thing represented on the list view that respects the date range applied.
This is important to easily understand what ideas are the most active AND compare activity month over month.

on demand exports need help exporting results from a search query into a spreadsheet. both times I tried I got a message saying it'll be delivered via email but haven't received the attachment yet. is something broken on your side or are the exports typically sent over a day later? please help - I need to be able to either automatically get an excel export of the daily tickets or at the very least be able to take out exports on demand.

"Needs Review" does not remove ideas/comments after review action has been made From a labeling & workflow perspective it doesn't make sense that something I've already reviewed stays in the "Needs review" bucket. If there was additional action I needed to take on these then I can access them by clicking "All activity"

Be able to expire user sessions on the backend/API The JWT cookie is persistent. It would be good to have a way to end a user session via API on the backend and not rely on the user hitting the logout.js

Expose Idea Insights to non-admins Provide a way to expose the "Idea Insights" to non-admins, perhaps on the landing page? While non-admins have a way to monitor hot, top, new ideas within individual forum, this would give all users a view on just in, trending ideas, most chatty ideas activity overall.

Show Internal Status updates in Internal Comments Show internal status updates in the Internal comments tab so they don't get lost amongst the All Activity tab that includes a large volume of customer comments

Theme Explorer Feedback - navigation elements When I am navigating within a single Theme generated by the Theme Explorer, it is not obvious that the little X at top right next to action items is really the way back to the previous screen. It is right next to the delete button too, so that could be awkward.

Widget Integration Meta Data we have the UV widget embedded in a bunch of different places, when we see a piece of feedback get submitted we want to know which widget integration it came from (or if it was from a widget at all). It’d be nice if in the widget integration code we could specify a label that should get added to new submissions from that widget instance.

Invite users to the platform (similar to a private forum invite) We would like to be able to invite users to join the platform (even if the forums are public.) Similar to how we can invite administrators and contributors currently.

View idea suggestion when using mobile When our customers click the "suggesting a feature" link in our product when using a mobile device, the existing idea matches don't populate like they do when using a desktop computer. From our customer:
When you are in the EHR and click the upper right menu, there’s the Suggest a Feature option. But it goes to this weird page where the search doesn’t actually work.
It should link directly to the page you get to when you click on the Knowledge Base and then within there you click on the upper right menu and click on Suggest a Feature from…

Explain to customers the difference between a hot idea and a top idea On the customer facing web portal, have a tooltip that explains the difference between a hot idea and a top idea. Some of our customers are confused about what the difference is.
