Add custom questions when creating an idea on the portal/widget When a user goes to create an idea, they only have to give a title. Often Product Teams want to ask their users for additional details and be able to make these fields required.
This allows Product Managers to get the full details they need from users when they post an idea, and limits them needing to follow up for more information.

Allow admins to split ideas multiple times Splitting is something we wanted to have for a long time, but sadly splitting just in two is not enough.
Users love cramming several things into one entry.Initially I though that I can split a list like this into two, then grab the second and split it further — but no, the secondary idea can’t be split any more

Use SSO options for roadmaps as authorized users For internal roadmaps, allow option to choose SSO option as authorization to view roadmap.
OR
When a site is restricted, the public roadmap that we share with users is also ideally "restricted" to only SSO users.2 votes -

Admin Console to have "Users & Accounts" to the left-hand sidebar so that it's not hidden behind the "More" section Users & accounts being hidden behind "more" in the admin console can be inconvenient and it would make more sense if it was displayed directly on the toolbar

Add an AI Agent to consolidate feedback AI agents are the rage these days. I think it would be great to ask questions to an AI bot that helps users find relevant ideas, identify target audiences, etc
For example, I could conversationally ask, "what are the most active ideas in the last 90 days for a particular client segment" and it would automatically provide a prefiltered list and even possible an impact report type export.
Because our data set is so large, many internal teams find the platform a bit intimidating. This would overall significantly improve usability to consume the data and answer the specific questions they…

Jira Integration - Surface error if link fails in Jira in the linking dialogue When you link an Idea to Jira, if the Idea fails to populate on the Jira side there's no error surfaced in UserVoice. It fails silently in the background but still populates in UserVoice.
It would be helpful to receive an error in UserVoice as you link it, and then determine if you want to proceed or not.

Take number of votes into account with concept search When searching in the idea grid, surface ideas with more votes higher in results

Run a historical sync on the SFDC Connector when you update a field in the config When you update the config for the SFDC Connector, the changes will only affect new Accounts, and Accounts modified after the changes. It would be useful if the field was updated for existing Accounts in the next sync.

Ability to filter and sort ideas based on Importance rating (web portal) I've had a number of users request the ability to easily view which ideas they've given a particular importance rating to, as well as the ideas they haven't given a rating to yet. If a user could filter by and/or sort ideas by the importance rating they have provided (or lack there of) that would help them quickly reference the ideas that are most important to them and identify ideas they haven't rated yet.

Ability to respond to a user's comment publicly and thread the response to the comment being responded to It would be nice to clarify confusion about a product left as a comment on an idea. There have been times in the past that we have used a single idea to almost act as a thread for feedback via comments. Currently, you can only respond privately to one user to address their concern; however it would be helpful to have that information seen publicly to other users, in case they run into the same issue. Notifications for when Labels are added in grid views In the activity update for grid views, provide an option to be notified when labels are added to ideas.
