  1. Report on response rate for NPS

    It would be helpful to know how many users were prompted with the NPS survey during a given time frame vs. how many ratings were actually submitted.

  3. Edit customer requests in the sidebar

    I want to be able to edit captured feedback from a user in the sidebar.

    Often users come back with more details, and I want to add that quickly from this sidebar, vs. having to open the idea in the forum and edit it.

  4. Customize widget to ask for specific feedback

    We would like to embed the feedback widget in a few places in our app, asking for targeted feedback about different areas of the product. We would like users to launch this widget from a custom button in our app.

  7. Don't use uvts cookie in widget until user opens the widget

    When a user loads a page where the UserVoice widget code is embedded, a utvs cookie is immediately set.

    While this cookie is GDPR compliant and contains no PII, some customers would prefer that cookie not be set unless the user opens the widget.

  9. Allow comments to be voted on

    I've been loving the user feedback mechanism for Adobe XD. One challenge though-- the ideas can be voted up, but the comments can't. They really try to avoid having redundant ideas, but often some of the comments will explain a nuance that really should get traction, but can get lost down in the conversation thread. It would be great if we could also vote on the comments. Maybe it wouldn't change the order because you still want the conversation thread to make sense, but just to see that other people agree with a comment would be helpful.

  10. Zapier event for upvotes

    I'd like to have you provide a hook to Zapier when ideas are upvoted. I have new ideas being posted to Slack via Zapier, but I lose sight of existing ideas that are trending...

    See who the top 10 or 20 contributors have been over a time range (month, quarter, year, etc.) so once can give some positive reinforcement

  14. Ability to create own reports, flters and dashboards

    Provide the ability for admins to create additional filters, reports and dashboards.

    For example, create a custom filter such as the currently provided 'Customer Activity' option. Eg. Where users > 10 and Votes >= 100

    Similarly, allow the user to create their own dashboards using both OOTB and custom reports.

    It should be possible for privileges to be assigned allowing specified users the ability to create reports, filters and dashboards.

    It should be possible for reports, filters and dashboards to be 'published' so that other users can pick them up.

    We’d love to hear what types of custom reports you’d like to have in UserVoice. Additionally, if you are creating custom reports outside of UserVoice as a workaround, please share. Thanks!

  15. Export unique labels separately

    Right now, when you use the analysis export, the labels are lumped in the same cell.

    This makes it difficult for admins to create reports around labels.

  17. Let admins move comments between ideas

    Sometimes end-users may leave a comment on the wrong idea, or in the wrong forum.

    Admins can recognize this and would like the ability to move a comment to the correct place on behalf of the user.

  18. Block new submissions and keep the voting option.

    Currently it was necessary to block new submissions, however we need to keep the voting option in the suggestions that have already been created.

  19. Add support for SAML single logout
