Ability to view aggregated roadmaps in contributor console In the admin view, you can view ALL roadmaps at once. In the contributor console, there is no view all - you have to click to each roadmap separately which is very tedious

Be able to set SLAs for Ideas Add functionality to set SLAs for idea response times to keep PMs on top of newly created ideas and our customers happy as each one will receive a response from a PM in a timely manner.

Expand Reportable Activity Range In the Activity Report we are limited to only the last 365 days. We would find the ability to extend this to two years very beneficial. Much of our feedback comes in cycles, with certain quarters busier than others, so we would like to report on Year-over-Year data, comparing Q3 data with last Q3 data. We can only report on YTD data, which doesn't tell the full story.

Allow to assign tags to users Users are different, and we’d like to distinguish them more directly in UV with tags: mark some as 'a useful contributor', 'a specialist in a particular topic', 'probably a bot', 'a rude but insightful user'...

Allow more fields to be added to Zendesk, Salesforce, Gainsight Please make your third-party integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Gainsight) more configurable, allowing us to pull in other fields such as Importance, Category, etc. We get far too many ideas entered in as free text with little context, making it difficult to appropriately prioritize them. Allowing us to embed additional fields in the widgets on these other platforms will allow us to put in guardrails that help us triage our own ideas.

Include 'GeoIP Country' in comment export from Activity Feed The current function for exporting comments through the 'Export Activity' button on the activity feed does not provide an option to edit the fields included in the export.
This means you're unable to change the export to include other fields that may be relevant, namely 'GeoIP Country'
Being able to include additional fields, similar to the data export on the Ideas list view, would be a bonus :)

Remove Advanced Filters when Merging Once a new advanced filter is applied, if I try to merge, there is no way to remove the advanced filter to find ideas. This is quite problematic for the use of advanced filters for us.
Commonly, I apply an advanced filter for a specific account to see all of their new ideas. I want to be able to merge ideas from this, but when I try to do so, no ideas are found. It also took me a while to realize that this is due to the advanced filter -- there is nothing on the merge screen that would…

Ability to select FORUM (no category) from Slack Integration to UserVoice Currently, when leveraging the Slack integration, you have the option to push to an existing Idea, or link no idea at all.
The ideas then go into a universal bucket on the UserVoice side (screenshot).When leveraging the APIs we can send feedback from tools into a specific forum with 'no category' attached. (screenshot 2)

Reduce the frequency of Salesforce Connector sync The Salesforce Connector frequently syncs all of our records as we update them from our DB. This updates the last modified date and causes the Connector to update those records in UV. This happens even if the fields UV syncs were not updated.
I propose:
1. To check the last modified of only the fields configured in the sync and update if they change.
2. Add a setting to reduce the frequency of the sync.We're incurring extra charges from Salesforce because of this.

Toggle for "← HAVE AN IDEA? SHARE IT!" on the web portal pages. Toggle for "← HAVE AN IDEA? SHARE IT!" on the web portal pages. We have ideas pages we'd like to keep separate from other forums, so we'd like to remove the option to go back to the instance view.

Ability to see who opened and clicked status emails Admin can see the users who have opened and clicked status emails. Currently, only the percentages are available with no data of which users actioned and contributed to the percentages of opened and clicked. Thank you.
