Ability to filter and sort ideas based on Importance rating (web portal) I've had a number of users request the ability to easily view which ideas they've given a particular importance rating to, as well as the ideas they haven't given a rating to yet. If a user could filter by and/or sort ideas by the importance rating they have provided (or lack there of) that would help them quickly reference the ideas that are most important to them and identify ideas they haven't rated yet.

Create an idea list from a detected Theme Once Themes are detected you it would be helpful to be able to convert to an Idea List to be able to update the ideas status, create roadmap items, run impact reports and manage the ideas in the themes.

Ability to respond to a user's comment publicly and thread the response to the comment being responded to It would be nice to clarify confusion about a product left as a comment on an idea. There have been times in the past that we have used a single idea to almost act as a thread for feedback via comments. Currently, you can only respond privately to one user to address their concern; however it would be helpful to have that information seen publicly to other users, in case they run into the same issue. Public roadmap link back to specific forum for feedback For public roadmaps, be able to set a specific forum for user's to navigate to on the web portal instead of being directed to the general web portal.

Improve User Experience for "Vote for Existing Idea" Button on Portal Change out the 'vote for an existing idea' action button to a design, such as a tab view, that is more intuitive for users to look through the suggested ideas to click on the idea vote button instead.

Embed NPS Widget Be able to embed the NPS widget while using the identify function.

Deleting a custom field breaks saved views that contained that field If you delete a custom field that is used in a saved view, the saved view displays 'Something isn't right. Refresh page'. Nothing resolves the issue including refreshing the page, copying the view, or modifying the saved view. It would be ideal if the saved view didn't have to be re-created just because a custom field is removed.

Merge comment to Existing Idea I know we can convert a comment to a new idea, but it would be really great if I could also just merge it into an existing idea.
Right now, I have to create a new idea and then merge that idea into an existing one. Seems like an unnecessary and inefficient step.

Idea Lists: Support Saved Views/Sticky Columns We would like the Idea Lists to save the column configurations. Its a bit tiresome to need to change the columns back on every page refresh.

Expand Idea List Permissions In order to expand idea list adoptions across our org, we need more flexible permissions. Some examples:
View only Admins can create and edit personal idea lists, but once they share they lose edit access. We would like to allow these users to edit lists they create, regardless if they share or not.
Additionally, we need more granularity around view/edit access on Idea Lists. I need to be able to share the list and allow certain individuals to edit or view the list, regardless of view/edit permissions of the individual ideas.

Notifications for when Labels are added in grid views In the activity update for grid views, provide an option to be notified when labels are added to ideas.

Forum Name in Comment Email notification Add 'Forum Name/s' in the 'New Comment on an Idea'. In large organizations like ours, we have multiple forums. Knowing the Forum Name directly from the email will save us hassle of going to the details of the page of the Idea.

Dynamic banner to promote recently launched features based on customer feedback When a user lands on the UV landing page I want to be able to display a dynamic banner which rotates through recently released product feedback/features.
This would help ensure customers see feedback as being readily reviewed and actioned and like feedback is listened to.

Templated statuses per forum Love the Status Template messages but it would be ideal to configure these per forum rather than UV instance. (Ability to select which forum(s) the template applies to).
Our use case: Our forums are 1:1 with our products. 50% of our products are managed in-house and have a different message than the other 50% of products which are managed by a Vendor. We prefer to use 1 public status for end-user consistency regardless of who manages the product, but it would be ideal to have separate Status Template messages depending on whether the product team is in-house or external.

Alphabetize Segment Order From the list view, when adding segments, the order of the segments look to be in the order they were created. Is it possible to get these alphabetized? We have quite a few and it would make it easier to find them.
