    Add the ability to display custom fields onto the roadmap feature card in Kanban view.

  2. "Needs Review" does not remove ideas/comments after review action has been made

    From a labeling & workflow perspective it doesn't make sense that something I've already reviewed stays in the "Needs review" bucket. If there was additional action I needed to take on these then I can access them by clicking "All activity"

    Enable a feature that automatically assigns ideas to a specific PM based on the category the idea is in.

  4. Be able to expire user sessions on the backend/API

    The JWT cookie is persistent. It would be good to have a way to end a user session via API on the backend and not rely on the user hitting the logout.js

  5. Expose Idea Insights to non-admins

    Provide a way to expose the "Idea Insights" to non-admins, perhaps on the landing page? While non-admins have a way to monitor hot, top, new ideas within individual forum, this would give all users a view on just in, trending ideas, most chatty ideas activity overall.

    We'll be implementing SCIM for Microsoft environments in the coming weeks. Their spec includes some optional elements of the SCIM spec, so we're working to understand those now in preparation for implementation.

  7. Theme Explorer Feedback - navigation elements

    When I am navigating within a single Theme generated by the Theme Explorer, it is not obvious that the little X at top right next to action items is really the way back to the previous screen. It is right next to the delete button too, so that could be awkward.

  8. The ability for internal team members to upvote an idea on behalf of a customer without needing to add additional feedback

    Currently, feedback needs to be added when upvoting an idea on behalf of a customer. If the current idea already includes everything and no additional feedback is needed it would be nice for the ability for internal teams to just upvote the idea on behalf of a customer instead of adding something repetitive if it is not needed.

  10. View idea suggestion when using mobile

    When our customers click the "suggesting a feature" link in our product when using a mobile device, the existing idea matches don't populate like they do when using a desktop computer. From our customer:

    When you are in the EHR and click the upper right menu, there’s the Suggest a Feature option. But it goes to this weird page where the search doesn’t actually work.

    It should link directly to the page you get to when you click on the Knowledge Base and then within there you click on the upper right menu and click on Suggest a Feature from…

    On the customer facing web portal, have a tooltip that explains the difference between a hot idea and a top idea. Some of our customers are confused about what the difference is.

    As an Admin with access to change account settings for all end users, I should be able to re-order the custom Idea fields as they appear on each Idea

    Some custom Idea fields are used more frequently than others, and I want those fields to be at the top of the Custom Idea Fields section

  14. A two-way Salesforce Integration

    We would like for our customer facing teams that work primarily in Salesforce to be able to stay in Salesforce while having access to the relevant up to date information they need. A two-way Salesforce integration would help in this effort.

  19. Edit custom fields from Idea frame

    It would be great if we could access the custom fields straight from the idea frame.

    Currently, they're boxed together under 'Custom Fields' on the idea, and one has to click the edit button, then fill out the custom field from the window that pops up.

    Not a huge thing, but it would speed up my process a fair bit!
