Slack thread summarizer Slack threads tend to be long, especially for support requests. Leveraging AI functionality or otherwise, would be good to summarize a slack thread and derive product feature requests out of it while using "Send to UserVoice" functionality in Slack.

Create sub-forums based on categories We would like to create a forum to post ideas from other forums with specific categories.As an example I'd like to create a forum such as 'Recently delivered' that would show all ideas from existing forums that have a Status 'Delivered'

It is fairly impossible to scroll the comments in the admin console when the idea has a lot of them of them Unlike Web Portal, the admin console does not offer any pagination, and this make the layout of the page extremely slow and unusable when there are many dozens of them. Navigating the most recent is more or less tolerable, but going down, to study internal messages and attachments is just pain.
Works the same on Chrome and Chromium browsers.

Add reach as a filter condition Using the advanced filter it is possible to create an ideas grid view filtered on aspects such as number of votes or number of accounts, e.g. show me all ideas which have more than 10 accounts associated with it. However there is no option to filter by Reach and so you cannot build a view that says show me all ideas where the reach is > $1m. An idea may have lots of votes and/or lots of accounts who need it, but we often want to look at addressing ideas that have the largest reach but are unable to do…

Add messaging about the inability to end an idea body with a link in the web portal When submitting an idea from the web portal, if the end of the idea body is a link, the idea will not post and there will be an error. My biggest concern is that there is no messaging about this. The user experience takes them to a blank white page instead of a dialogue box that instructs the user to make a correction. The experience looks broken.Ending a comment with a link is pretty common.
2 votesTo share a little insight here: The vast majority of spam we see submitted to UserVoice sites end in a link. As a quick fix, we blocked postings that ended in a URL but did so without providing an error message. Much of this spam was submitted by a human being, so failing silently would get rid of the spam without revealing a workaround.
We're checking to see whether or not this restriction still makes sense or if there are better ways we can mitigate spam without the undesirable result for legitimate end users.

Parent Idea with Child Ideas rolling up to it Parent ideas with child ideas rolling up to it. Ideally, the parent idea would have to total number of voters, accounts, and revenue and then the child ideas would have their values. "Relating" the ideas could be a way to do this, so that you can select all "related" ideas and see which ideas have the parent idea

Open new tab for Idea Details View Previously we were able to right-click on an idea title on the idea grid and open a new tab and it would let us manage our idea and it a new tab. Now the only option to open it in a new tab is to copy the url > open new tab > paste url

Custom Idea Fields - Filter by the "null" The new filtering and bulk edit of custom fields is awesome! Can we add the ability to filter by blank values? This will help to find ideas that are missing values as we work to rollout the adoption.

Widget doesn't stay signed in when used When we switch between webpages on a site where we have installed the feedback widget the user is required to sign back in every time they try to use the widget. Is this a product limitation or is it something we have configured incorrectly? If it's a limitation, it would be great to get this fixed.

Allow viewing all ideas sorted by number of votes I'd like to be able to see what is catching a lot of attention because it's likely something interesting to read and think about

Flagging an idea as important in the admin portal behaves differently than any other console If you flag an idea as important in the admin portal, it only associates this activity with the admin who placed the flag. If you do it elsewhere (console, sidebar, contributor dashboard) then it is associated with the user/account that it is being flagged on behalf of. We would like to be able to do this from the admin console as well.

Show Internal Status updates in Internal Comments Show internal status updates in the Internal comments tab so they don't get lost amongst the All Activity tab that includes a large volume of customer comments
