Add custom questions when creating an idea on the portal/widget When a user goes to create an idea, they only have to give a title. Often Product Teams want to ask their users for additional details and be able to make these fields required.
This allows Product Managers to get the full details they need from users when they post an idea, and limits them needing to follow up for more information.

UV forbids to attach .AI Illustrator files In illustrator.uservoice.com sharing a .ai file is a common thing.
But there a problem with uploading these. It’s not allowed either in ideas or comments... Started roughly this November. Causes a LOT of problems for all Illustrator users who need to share their files for investigation! Here’s just a single case: http://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/601447/suggestions/50724140Previously reported here (https://feedback.uservoice.com/forums/1-general-feedback/suggestions/44277726-when-a-user-attaches-a-ai-illustrator-file-uv-of) — was fixed then, but no-one replied to a comment a left there about it being a problem again.

Allow admins to split ideas multiple times Splitting is something we wanted to have for a long time, but sadly splitting just in two is not enough.
Users love cramming several things into one entry.Initially I though that I can split a list like this into two, then grab the second and split it further — but no, the secondary idea can’t be split any more

Team Chat Reply In Slack It would be great if you could reply on the Thread created in Slack when you @mention someone, and the whole thread is visible in UserVoice also, maintaining history regardless of source.

Keep Grid View Visible While Navigating to Idea Details Page When navigating to an idea-specific page, users lose visibility of their grid list, which disrupts their workflow. Keep the grid view or idea list visible in a side panel or persistent header to maintain context and track tasks without losing their place. This ensures smoother multitasking and better organization across different ideas.

Default Tab Preference (Details vs. Teams Chat) Set the "Details" tab to open by default when switching between ideas, rather than retaining the last tab viewed (e.g., "Teams Chat"). This ensures consistent access to key information and idea status without the need to manually switch tabs.

Include Idea Title in Idea Submission Confirmation Email I received asking if the confirmation emails users receive after submitting an idea can be improved. The ask is if the email can include the title of the suggestion they have submitted, so that they can easily know at a glance which suggestions we have already submitted?

Revert approved idea back to needs review/moderation I'd like to be able to revert an idea that was held for moderation back to the queue for review or not approve after approving.

Add column for "Idea Lists" in All Ideas Main view When using the All Ideas view, it would be helpful to have a column for "Idea Lists" to see if the idea is included on any lists. Currently I have to open each idea to see if it's on a list, which is time consuming and creates re-work.

Add an AI Agent to consolidate feedback/MCP Server AI agents are the rage these days. I think it would be great to ask questions to an AI bot that helps users find relevant ideas, identify target audiences, etc
For example, I could conversationally ask, "what are the most active ideas in the last 90 days for a particular client segment" and it would automatically provide a prefiltered list and even possible an impact report type export.
Because our data set is so large, many internal teams find the platform a bit intimidating. This would overall significantly improve usability to consume the data and answer the specific questions they…

Allow sharing of Idea Lists/Grid Views with groups of people Sharing views so that people can have the see the same filtered list of ideas is incredibly useful, e.g. seeing the top ideas by reach, seeing ideas that have been delivered, seeing the ideas that need work on, etc but the current implementation of views makes this challenging because:
- If you want to share a view with a group of people you have to manually specify them one by one, there is no way of specifying a group of people - in an ideal world I would be able to share a view with everyone in the EMEA Success team…

Tag Recommend Labels After Accept We would like to be able to differentiate Recommended Labels from labels the team has applied after the Recommended Labels have been accepted. We'd like to be able to audit them, and also identify recommendations that may not make sense that we need to address or remove after they've been accepted or applied to the Idea.
