  1. Show owner of feedback as who shared this on the public site

    When a contributor or any admin enters feedback for a user/customer, the idea displays on the public side as if the idea is owned by that contributor. We need for the idea to show as being owned/entered by the customer who provided the feedback initially. We would prefer to prevent all feedback to appear like it came from the company, or the perception of this. Also, when an idea is being moved to our dev teams, we create a project and list the customer/account who initially submitted the request. This is hard when the idea isn't listed as coming from…

  3. Link user to more than one Salesforce account

    The Salesforce Connector only links my Contact to one Account in Salesforce, but the Contact belongs to five different Accounts.

    Please enable association of more than one Account so that when the user votes in UserVoice, I can see all five associated Accounts from Salesforce.

  5. Customize search stop words

    Some words aren't searched unless quotes are used - "and", "add", "it", etc.

    In some cases, these could be important words to a product and search results would be helpful to be returned.

  6. Subscribe to Activity Report Email

    We would like to be able to subscribe our internal employees to the Activity Report on a monthly (or adjustable cadence). I like that you made the report sharable, but we would love to be able to subscribe leadership to receive those updates automatically

    The Daily Insights email shows the top few ideas from the previous day with the vote total they have received within that day. This should also display the total number of votes on the idea.

  9. Include user sentiment in the activity report

    It would be nice to be able to see a snapshot of a custom timeframe for user sentiment around status updates that were made across the whole site, versus a specific forum/idea - including the thumbs up/down, any subsequent votes/comments made after the status, the percentage of emails opened/clicked/responded.

    This could give us a more holistic look into how users approach our overall brand/product on top of the more granular look we get per each post.

    Example, living in the Status Updates section of the Activity Report:

    During x timeframe -
    70 Statuses Updated
    994 Users Emailed
    29% opened, 14%…

  11. SSO Tenant Buttons are really small

    The SSO tenant buttons are so tiny that when you have email auth enabled, and SSO, you barely know that SSO is even an option.

    It would be great to be able to specify your primary sign in option, and this one appears first. At the least, if you have email and one SSO tenant, can the SSO button have specified text and be 100% width of the component.

  12. Improve your Online Help Function - it's sorely lacking!

    I'm not even sure this is the right area - I couldn't find one relted to Help and Support, so here we are.

    Basically, can you please improve your help articles to include explicit instructions and/or diagrams?
    Simply saying "Click hte icon on the bottom left" is hopeless!! I don't know what Icon you mean! Which screen? Do I even have this icon? What am I looking for? It's a bit like picking up a hire car in an airport carpark and just being told "collect the green one"

    Please make the help files ACTUALLY useful.

  14. Allow adding emails as aliases and accounts with + sign in them

    I have an email in gmail which has a "+" sign. I cannot add it to my Microsoft account now (and use to sign in), because I get an info that + is not correct and Microsoft doesn't allow this kind of signs.
    Please add + to allowed signs.

  16. Get vote count in Jira export

    I love the Jira integration. However, when I export my backlog in Jira, I can't see the number of votes so it makes it impossible to give a top 10 of my customer needs from Jira. We do this from UserVoice and from Jira to compare since Jira contains other information and other sources of client feedback that UserVoice does not. We need the integration to breakdown the link to be able to export the votes and name in different columns.

  20. Ability to understand the engagement of contributor ideas'

    I post several ideas and I don't get too much information about it, like:

    who saw my idea? where the users came from?
    wow much time people spend reading about it?

    I just see that I invest a good time sharing my ideas but never get any feedback or follow up the discussion.
