Ability to select FORUM (no category) from Slack Integration to UserVoice Currently, when leveraging the Slack integration, you have the option to push to an existing Idea, or link no idea at all.
The ideas then go into a universal bucket on the UserVoice side (screenshot).When leveraging the APIs we can send feedback from tools into a specific forum with 'no category' attached. (screenshot 2)
We would like the ability to push ideas to a specific forum, with no category, without having to link to an existing idea

Reduce the frequency of Salesforce Connector sync The Salesforce Connector frequently syncs all of our records as we update them from our DB. This updates the last modified date and causes the Connector to update those records in UV. This happens even if the fields UV syncs were not updated.
I propose:
1. To check the last modified of only the fields configured in the sync and update if they change.
2. Add a setting to reduce the frequency of the sync.We're incurring extra charges from Salesforce because of this.

Toggle for "← HAVE AN IDEA? SHARE IT!" on the web portal pages. Toggle for "← HAVE AN IDEA? SHARE IT!" on the web portal pages. We have ideas pages we'd like to keep separate from other forums, so we'd like to remove the option to go back to the instance view.

Ability to see who opened and clicked status emails Admin can see the users who have opened and clicked status emails. Currently, only the percentages are available with no data of which users actioned and contributed to the percentages of opened and clicked. Thank you.

Two-Way Slack Communication We would like two-way Slack communication. Right now it's pretty much one-way communication from UserVoice to Slack. You can't respond directly to users or comment from Slack to UserVoice. You can capture feedback from Slack to UserVoice but that's it.

Importance rating as 1-5 rather than 3 custom text options To customize the importance rating to be 1-5 on a critical scale

Quote search only returns results that must contain what is in quotes - like Google Allow you to search so that the result must include a word or phrase, like Google.

Saved view visible to everyone The ability to create saved views for each team, that filters the feature requests down to only the ones that apply to their forum/category areas

Rich text formatting without using markdown As an Admin, I should be able to use a rich text editor for Idea descriptions and other fields without having to use markdown. This would allow me to make longer Idea descriptions easier to read.

Overdue Alert for Forum Owners Alert the forum owners if suggestions have not been reviewed and responded to within a set timeframe

With a Sort Applied; Wait to Sort the Idea After Making Changes When performing many actions on an Idea on the Grid, when I have a sort active, if I change the Idea and it's now higher or lower in the sort order, the idea "disappears" out of view. This is very jarring and frustrating as I have more changes to make but now the idea has moved.
Please allow changes to be made and do not automatically update the sort order on changes. Add a manual refresh button so that all changes can be made at once and then a refresh.

Allow one feature to exist on multiple roadmaps/ product areas Sometimes features may involve/effect multiple areas in a product- it would be nice for a feature to have multiple product areas.

Recent Activity "New" Tokens When looking at the recent activity filter in the idea grid, it would be easier if it can say "new" and what the new item is rather than having to hover over it to identify if it is a comment, vote, idea, or importance rating since I can not remember what each token signifies besides "new".

When merging, option to not carry over labels Currently, when you merge ideas the labels carry over from the original idea to the merged idea. Most of the time this is fine, however there are time when we don't want that to occur.
Can we please have an option during merge to disable the labels carrying over?

mark custom field inactive Need the ability to mark a custom field selection (when using a list) as inactive. I need to remove the option from the usable list, but also not change any historic values.

slack integration trigger adding a label With the Slack Integration, we would like to have ideas posted into channels only when a specific label or custom field is assigned. This will allow us to ensure the proper teams are receiving the new ideas.
Category is too vague and our users don't always categorize items correctly.

Show Categories Aggregate Quickly Seeing the total number of categories at quick glance in the admin view the same way it appears in the web portal view
