  1. Custom data on NPS submissions

    When a user submits an NPS score, Product Managers need the full context on the score at that point in time. This can include the device and OS at the time of submission, their product version, the page they were on, screen size or other internal data points, etc.

    This data should be captured and saved against the NPS score so admins can see, not just who submitted on a score and their traits (if they're being collected), but also important details surrounding the context of the score.

  3. Idea Insights lists (trending ideas, inactive ideas, etc) on a dedicated page

    Each of the lists of ideas (trending, this just in, Inactive, etc) on the Idea Insights tab should be scannable in more than just the widget on that tab.

    This would help users take more actions in the context of each of those list of ideas. For example, bulk delete of "inactive ideas" or bulk status updates on ideas with no status in a while.

  5. New Activity Report needs filters by Forum at the top level, to go with Time period.

    When looking at the new Activity Report, you can filter by TIME PERIOD (last 30,90,365) but also need other filters such as a way to focus on specific forums and not the site as a whole.
    That would allow you to view all of this rich data insight in a focused way: Idea activity overview | Status updates | Activity by forum | Activity by source | Site traffic

  6. Roll up Monthly Digest Emails for multiple instances

    When a user is an admin for mulitple instances, be able to allow them to roll them up into one monthly digest email.

  7. Show who is getting notified of public status updates

    When you make a public status update, a message "Email x subscribers" shows.

    This number, x, is the total number of voters who are subscribed and don't have status updates turned of in their global notification preferences AND admins who do have the admin notification preference for all status updates.

    We do not surface this clearly in the UI, and we should either provide explanatory text as to what this number includes, or somehow surface who is getting notified.

    It could be just a list of the admins who will get notified, since they aren't included in the "Users" tab…

  8. Filter Ideas by Jira Status

    It would be great to have a filter by Jira Status to easily update the ideas status.
    For instance, updating the Ideas when the Jira Status is Completed. Now it is not easy to find the ideas with an specific Jira status

  12. See, update status and link back to linked ideas in features / roadmap detail view

    Just like linked jira issues. I think it would be helpful for users to be able to see all of the linked ideas in the detail view, their status, and have the opportunity to click back to the linked issue. An additional benefit would be to be able to update status' directly from this view so as they move the feature internally, they have the ability to also move forward the idea.

  13. Real time/instant notifications for saved views

    Instead of a daily/weekly notification, provide notifications in real time as soon as new ideas, comments, voters, etc. are added.

  18. Disable comment moderation once idea has been approved

    With moderation enabled, ideas and comments need to be approved.

    When a new idea is created and approved, each comment needs to be approved separately.

    This request is to not require comments to be approved once the idea has been approved.

  19. Tag Zendesk tickets where feedback is captured

    When customer feedback is captured with the Zendesk integration (an embedded contributor sidebar experience), add a "UserVoice" tag to the ticket where it was captured
