keep email addresses in cc/bcc when added In Tickets, keep any additional cc email addresses if you leave the screen: Multiple times I have added cc email addresses, leave the ticket to view something else, come back and send the email, only to realize those cc's were removed when I left the screen. Suggesting they stay added even if you leave the ticket.

Add Labels when Submitting Ideas via Slack An option to add a label when submitting new ideas through the Slack integration (currently there's no label field in the bot)

Highlight the open level In the Mx module, highlight the level open on the screen (example 4.1.1) in the right-hand column to make it easier for the user to find.

Persist search text in idea title - zendesk widget Not sure how much attention you are giving your zendesk widget, but -
Currently, when you search for a uservoice idea and can't find an appropriate idea, you have the option to click "Create new idea". However, this causes you to lose the text you've typed in the search box. Expand the Grid column Dropdown Filter The label dropdown filter is needlessly small. Can we expand it down a bit more on the page? See attached.

Option to disable flagging feature Option to disable the flagging feature. Our process does not utilize this feature, and due to our large user base, it is unnecessary and causes a lot of confusion

filter on create date - 7 days Working on set up SLA for triaging ideas. For example, change new status to under review in 2 days, Change Under review to understood in 7 days.
Is it possible to set up an advance filter that allows boolean logic on the created date field ? For example, Status = new and Create date is > Today - 7. This would allow me to create a saved filter that i can run every day and not have to change the create date filter.

Get summary/export of all column changes in roadmap notifications when roadmap features move columns.

Allow templates to be used for feature details We should be able to create a template that's available so all PMs input details in the same way. Example: I want our broader internal team to be able to see WHY this is being built, WHICH customers have submitted ideas, and WHO the PM is for each feature. A simple template inside the description field would be very beneficial.

Sort Permissions Alphabetically Comparing production permissions against the sandbox is near impossible because they don't populate identically. You have to scroll up and down on both trees looking for each record.
The attached example is one of the better examples. Some of the other instances are way worse.
Please Sort Permissions and all Nodes Alphabetically.

User & Accounts: View organization contributions, sort by highest contributor, highest votes on an idea User & Accounts: View organization contributions, sort by highest contributor, highest votes on an idea
view the contributions by user and the DATE of submission.
Ideal:
1. search by domain, most active contributions by email (via user or submission by our team) on top, and most voted idea.
2. search domain and see all contributions for all users in the same page. (filter by time and most voted)1 vote -
Date Display for Ideas/Suggestions Users want to see the date for a suggestion displayed near the title without having to click into the suggestion. Extra points if there is an indication of when a suggestion was last voted on.

Hot Ideas Email We have had requests to be able to email out a "hot list" of suggestions that can be sent to all users in UserVoice on a regular cadence. Users want to be able to up/downvote the idea right from within the email. It would be great if the admins could customize which suggestions are included in that email.

Reorder or rank roadmap features within a set of roadmap status and set those rankings to reflect in the Kanban view Ability to work in the roadmap features list view within a specific set of roadmap status(es) to set the ranking and prioritization of features, and have that reflected back in the Kanban view where each row has the features appear by priority with the top feature as the highest priority to bottom feature as the lower priority.

Slow Performance on Ideas & Feedback Admin Console with Arc Browser The experience on Uservoice is very laggy since the change to the new interface. I'm using the latest version of Arc with a good connection. It seems the longer I use the site clicking through ideas and managing the board the slower everything gets. Performance is really poor.
1 voteArc is not an officially supported browser, but we're interested in hearing about your experiences with it.
We were not able to reproduce slow performance within Arc, but that doesn't mean there aren't configurations of the browser we are not aware of that don't perform well.

Roadmap Activity Tracking I see insights for the ideas/idea portal, but how can we track activity on our roadmap? I'd like to know how many team members are viewing our internal roadmaps, for example. I'd also like to know how many team members are leaving feedback on features/which features those are/etc.

Send the entire message history as part of the email notification Send the entire message history along with the notification email.
One of our customers has complained that it is difficult to follow the conversation, because each message is sent in isolation. The full thread is only visible if the user logs into UserVoice, which they generally don't do. Can we send the full message history along with every private message? Thanks!
