Automatically Merge All Matches There should be a settings option for Merge Matches to merge automatically. When we release the beta to different groups of testers, there's always a lot of duplicate ideas being submitted. Having the option for those ideas to be merged manually or automatically would be helpful.

Add SAVE button Add a SAVE button that will save all changes you made to an idea. Now, I change public status, then I need to click Set public status. Then I change Internal status and I need to click Set internal status. Then I add a comment and need to click Add comment. Why? Let me do my changes and then click SAVE.

Improve search function Better search function. If I search for Tree and Grass, I want to see posts with words Tree AND Grass. Not Tree OR Grass.
Entering more search word must result in fewer hits, not more hits.

Enhance 'Users' section for Admins On USERS page :
- Have a field for DEPT, may I want to see who is in the tool from a specific team
- ADD & Show ‘last login date,
- Add the ability to sort alphabetically, by active-/inactive, by team, or by last log-in field
- Have an export function (.csv) in case I need to create a bulk update1 vote -
When emailing subscribed voters, receive email if i am also subscribed If I am a subscriber of the idea as well, I'd like the ability to receive the email from the "email subscribed voters" function. Similar to public status updates.

Create UI in the Admin Console to manage API tokens Create a place in the Admin Console to manage active API tokens. This would help to manage ones created in the UI that do not expire so they can be easily revoked.
Alternatively, it would be useful to have an endpoint in the UI to retrieve active tokens with their information such as created date, expiry date, and value.

Update the Translation Service move away from a crowd-sourced translation service where the word for word translation occurs. allow for a different translation depending on context or the conjugation.

Label menu to be uncollapsed When clicking the + sign on the Idea grid to add a label, the list is collapsed by default resulting in an added click. Would recommend that when the + is clicked, the list is open for quick selection

Create new view when editing an existing view It's really annoying that you can not create a new view by editing an existing view. Now I have to restart with all my filters if I only want to clone the existing nd make minor changes. Took me forever to understand why I couldn't save the new view I hade created

Status updates push to external communication tools The ability, when updating a status - to push the notification to a tool that sends an SMS to subscribed voters.
Or to a social media app text post like Facebook, twitter, discord channel.

Feature Editing need improved view of related ideas features - viewing related ideas lacks a way to navigate to linked ideas if there are no comments. There is also no display of the idea text, so if there are no comments, all you have available from the feature view is a title.

Use DKIM/Custom Email Address in More Email Communications With DKIM enabled and using a default "from" address, automatically use this address for all use-cases, or where possible.

Hardcoded 'idea' term, portal performance, search timing The user reported a problem here:

Indeed, we can’t customize the 'idea', and users often get frustrated they have to call bugs as 'ideas'.
As for the overall performance — yeah, that blinking and waiting and state changing when typing can irritate impatient users, who are already nervous, since they have to report problems or ask for a feature.1 vote -
