Improve User Experience for "Vote for Existing Idea" Button on Portal Change out the 'vote for an existing idea' action button to a design, such as a tab view, that is more intuitive for users to look through the suggested ideas to click on the idea vote button instead.

Deleting a custom field breaks saved views that contained that field If you delete a custom field that is used in a saved view, the saved view displays 'Something isn't right. Refresh page'. Nothing resolves the issue including refreshing the page, copying the view, or modifying the saved view. It would be ideal if the saved view didn't have to be re-created just because a custom field is removed.

Merge comment to Existing Idea I know we can convert a comment to a new idea, but it would be really great if I could also just merge it into an existing idea.
Right now, I have to create a new idea and then merge that idea into an existing one. Seems like an unnecessary and inefficient step.

Forum Name in Comment Email notification Add 'Forum Name/s' in the 'New Comment on an Idea'. In large organizations like ours, we have multiple forums. Knowing the Forum Name directly from the email will save us hassle of going to the details of the page of the Idea.

Ability to have a UserVoice for internal teams, not just customer-facing use This would set the tool apart from others, as some suggestions may not be relevant for customers to see.

Dynamic banner to promote recently launched features based on customer feedback When a user lands on the UV landing page I want to be able to display a dynamic banner which rotates through recently released product feedback/features.
This would help ensure customers see feedback as being readily reviewed and actioned and like feedback is listened to.

Alphabetize Segment Order From the list view, when adding segments, the order of the segments look to be in the order they were created. Is it possible to get these alphabetized? We have quite a few and it would make it easier to find them.

Add sorting (maybe filtering?) to the idea lists and saved view dropdowns starting to created a lot of saved views and idea lists. would be great if we can at least sort those alphabetically in the dropdown

bulk add jira The new idea lists make it super easy to manage monthly release lists. It would be very nice to also ba able to bulk add JIRA links to those ideas.

Prompt to re-run Impact report If ideas are added or removed after a report is run, there should be more CTA to re-run the report to ensure we are using the most current data

Would be nice to have a method to group (parent-child) views I manage several forums and have different views for each. Currently the views are displayed in the order that they were created and it takes a minute to find the view I'm looking for depending on the forum I need to manage at that time. It would be ideal to be able to group views and collapse the lists I don't need to see at that moment. To take it a step further, the ability to share tat the parent level i.e., all the views under the parent would save me time as well!

Allow filtering on custom field where data type is 'URL' I have a custom field where the data type is URL. Currently columns with that data type can not be filtered on which would be ideal for me.

Urgency Score Summary or Tool Tip Provide a text summary on suggestions that is being rated with urgency, or offer a tool tip help users understand better what is being taken into account to create this scoring.

"Recent Customer Activity" (on exports) should respect the activity filter in place When filtering by a date range, "Recent Customer Activity" should respect that date range. I frequently run reports per quarter and would like to understand the most active ideas for that quarter. Currently "Recent Activity" only looks at the last 30 days

Admins can "thumbs-up" a comment One of the areas we struggle with the most is keeping up and responding to comments. One way to show customers that we 'hear' them and are considering their user comments, would be to allow admins to thumbs-up a comment so that user knows "we saw it!" Alternatively of course we can do a private reply, but would speed things up for us as admins to thumbs up a handful of comments in the activity view (and even show other commentors that NIQ is still watching an idea closely!)
