Make Attachments Private Our use case is that we’d love for users to be able to post log files to our site to help developers track down information in them related to user submissions. But, we don’t want users to have to worry about posting any sensitive information from the log file publicly. As such, we’d like something like a forum-level setting that lets users submit attachments but doesn’t display them when end users are viewing those ideas.

AI-Powered Feedback Intake with Automated Problem Statement Generation Enable a conversational AI-based feedback intake system that guides users through a lightweight chat interface (instead of a static form) to extract the root problem. The system automatically generates a problem-oriented idea title and description, confirms it with the user, and organizes it into the appropriate forum with recommended labels and metadata.

Specify Forum Based on Where Feedback Widget is Accessed I'd like for the widget to be able to surface the appropriate forum, based on where our users are accessing the widget.
For example, when a user opens the widget in our reporting page, show them the reporting forum. when they access the Widget in the integrations page, show them the integrations forum, etc.

Sidebar: Refresh the users found on the page When I navigate to a new page while having the sidebar open, I want the sidebar to refresh the users it has found on the page. Currently, I have to close the sidebar for it to search the page again.

Dynamics 365 Business Central vs Dynamics NAV Dynamics 365 Business Central vs Dynamics NAV
Microsoft’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software is called Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Microsoft acquired the platform in 2002 in order to expand its business offerings by creating a financial operations system for small and medium-sized businesses.
Microsoft introduced Dynamics 365 Business Central after the discontinuation of Dynamics NAV. Business Central is a more recent version of Dynamics NAV that provides the same standard features in a significantly more intuitive manner. Importantly, it is also Software as a Service (SaaS), making it accessible from anywhere, with the same security as Microsoft 365.

Hot Ideas Email We have had requests to be able to email out a "hot list" of suggestions that can be sent to all users in UserVoice on a regular cadence. Users want to be able to up/downvote the idea right from within the email. It would be great if the admins could customize which suggestions are included in that email.

Add "ToS" checkbox to UserVoice widget Add a checkbox (or make it an optional setting) so users are prompted to agree to ToS when interacting with the UserVoice widget.

Add place to post guidelines, instructions for a forum. Want to be able to post announcements and guidelines for the forum. While you can add some content in the welcome or forum message, these distract from user engaging with the forums.
Would like to be able to post rich content that displays within the overall UV experience.

Default comment type to internal comment Default the comment type for admin license users to Internal Comment instead of Public Comment

A new interface for internal collaboration has been released to improve on the way Internal Comments work. Look for Team Chat on the right rail of the Idea Details page.
- @mentions have been improved
- attachments (images and videos) now have an inline preview
- multiple attachments can be added at once
In addition, Public Comments are now their own control, with no overlap with the way internal comments used to work. When using the "Post Public Comment" button on the Idea Details page, only Public Comments can be made. We hope the additional labeling adds clarity and reduces steps.

Ability to reorder Roadmap columns in table view Add the ability to drag and drop roadmap columns in the order of the user's preference.

Public roadmap link back to specific forum for feedback For public roadmaps, be able to set a specific forum for user's to navigate to on the web portal instead of being directed to the general web portal.

Create NPS Integration with HubSpot Request for an NPS integration between UserVoice and HubSpot so that we can pipe the scores we collect in UserVoice to our HubSpot so that we know our individual user's score.

Allows images to be displayed on Public Status update posts We really need to be able to be able to upload screenshots on ideas that we are adding public statuses to. Some of the ideas our users submit can come across as either questions or complaints that can be answerd in detailed instruction on how to use our software accordingly. Although I add image attachements to the Public Status reply, our users don't see them in the front end.

Disable comment for completed and closed ideas Once an idea is completed or closed I want to disable comments on that idea to avoid redundancy of comments from users and admin.
1 voteYou can now configure a ‘status’ to disallow new votes and/or new comments. This applies to all ideas that are in that status. To update your status configurations go to Settings → Feedback Forums → Statuses and then edit the statuses as desired.

Users Shouldn't Be Able To Unvote Their Own Idea We do not want users to be able to unvote ideas that they themselves have created.

Allow customization of the size of the SSO icon To bring attention to it, so that admin users are aware of it's existence when they try to sign-in from the /admin URL.

In App Smart Tool Yannick wants prompts to come up as end users spend time/hover their mouse over areas (in app) that proactively ask for feedback on that particular feature that the enduser heavily interacts with.
