NPS Widget Response Rate The number of end-users that saw the NPS widget vs. the number of end-users that submitted a score

Export external accounts to CSV You can export all users from UserVoice from the "Users" tab, offer the ability to export all accounts from the "Accounts" tab.

Remove Personal Information from Feedback Some users tend to leave personal information along with their feedback, so it would be helpful if there is a way to recognize that and possibly blur that out or remove it automatically.

Allow .zip file attachments Allow users to attach .zip files to ideas and comments

.zip attachments can contain any file type, and since most browsers immediately download and open .zip files this is a security concern. For this reason, we are not able to allow .zip attachments.

Solicit NPS scores based on completion status Solicit NPS scores when ideas are completed from users that are subscribed to the idea

Update the total amount of subscribers who will recieve a notification of a status update when you change subscription status On a suggestion with supporting users, if you click to update the status we will show a number X, "Email X subscribers".
If you click into a user's request (who is not subscribed) and click the checkbox to make them a subscriber/receive notifications, the number X will not change as expected.

Ability to collapse public status history on webportal End users have the option to see the public status history but once opened, cannot collapse it back,

In-app Widget Push Communications In-app widget to allow us to communicate our changelog as well as other updates to users in our application. We see it as an effective way to close the loop on feedback received from our users, so ideally being able to capture the feedback, illustrate the roadmap, and communicate upcoming changes (as well as facilitating feedback like NPS) all from UserVoice would be ideal.

Set comment notifications based on number of comments Allow admins (or users) to setting limits such as send a notification when an idea gets more than 5 comments.

Be able to add suggestions to merge selection while picking merge target Users are merging a suggestion from the moderation queue. In the target suggestion picker they come across other suggestions which they would like to include in their merge.

Have Sidebar bookmark name include domain When adding the contributor sidebar bookmark, have the domain name in the bookmark name so it can be distinguished if there are users in multiple domains

Don't default merge notifications to be enabled When you merge ideas, the checkbox to notify users is always on by default: https://d.pr/i/N6bM08
This should be off.

Sort by Plan field (column) in UserVoice Right now, you can't sort by the "plan" field in UserVoice. Admins would like to be able to sort by the plan field on the users and accounts page.

Report on response rate for NPS It would be helpful to know how many users were prompted with the NPS survey during a given time frame vs. how many ratings were actually submitted.

Enhance the idea search capability in the Zendesk integration Enhance the search idea field within the Zendesk integration, allow users to search ideas by keywords and allow system to find ideas with similar terms, or include account name in search

More Automated Reporting Automatically generate timely reports for accounts, users, and or status updates. For example, automatic reports for things that are out of SLA. It's all currently very manual processes.
