Sort by Forum/Category in Admin Portal I want to be able to sort by the forum/category column (ideally starting with the categories that have the most feedback, but anything would be an improvement!). When reviewing our feedback, this would be extremely helpful in grouping related feedback items, so that we are not jumping across topics. To solve this in the meantime, we've been manually filtering individual categories, but this is not ideal because a lot of our categories only have 2-3 tickets each month, which means we're changing the filter every ~5 minutes during our discussion.

Admins can "thumbs-up" a comment One of the areas we struggle with the most is keeping up and responding to comments. One way to show customers that we 'hear' them and are considering their user comments, would be to allow admins to thumbs-up a comment so that user knows "we saw it!" Alternatively of course we can do a private reply, but would speed things up for us as admins to thumbs up a handful of comments in the activity view (and even show other commentors that NIQ is still watching an idea closely!)

Allow comments to be voted on I've been loving the user feedback mechanism for Adobe XD. One challenge though-- the ideas can be voted up, but the comments can't. They really try to avoid having redundant ideas, but often some of the comments will explain a nuance that really should get traction, but can get lost down in the conversation thread. It would be great if we could also vote on the comments. Maybe it wouldn't change the order because you still want the conversation thread to make sense, but just to see that other people agree with a comment would be helpful.

Option to display custom field multiple choice options in a custom (non-alphabetical) order When adding a custom field with multiple options, it'd be useful if these weren't order alphabetically. For example, we have a field that can either be: Small, Medium or Large, however the dropdown lists these options as: Large, Medium, Small. This can be worked around with prefixes etc. But a checkbox ('List alphabetically') that I could uncheck would be ideal.

Copy custom field values on merge When two ideas are merged, it would be great if any values in custom fields were copied across other you lose this information as part of the merge.

Revert approved idea back to needs review/moderation I'd like to be able to revert an idea that was held for moderation back to the queue for review or not approve after approving.

4 votesHey there! We recently launched Account Insights which is powered by a new UserVoice/Salesforce connector. This connector allows you to map Salesforce Accounts to a status in UserVoice called “Prospects” which would allow you to view all ideas associated with Prospects. We’re not yet syncing Opportunity Objects from Salesforce to UserVoice, but are interested in learning more about what you’d do with this information once it’s in UserVoice.

Trello Integration They have a REST API - we use Trello to manage sofware projects & it would be nice if userVoice was able to create items in Trello automatically.

Idea Lists Sharing: Allow user to choose to send an notification email to the recipients. I want to share the list with everyone, but I don't want to send them an email. These emails currently look like phishing emails and it causes significant outreach from users trying to confirm if the email is legit.

Show the Supporters Count without having to click on the Supporters tab You took away the supporter count next to the tab. This is very annoying. Now I have no idea how many supporters unless I click on the tab itself to open it. Please bring this back!! :) see attached

reorder export columns When creating an export from list view it is terribly inconvienent if you add a bunch of fields only to realize you missed one and have to start again to make sure it is in the proper place.
Can we add the ability to just reorder the columns as needed prior to export?

Add column for "Idea Lists" in All Ideas Main view When using the All Ideas view, it would be helpful to have a column for "Idea Lists" to see if the idea is included on any lists. Currently I have to open each idea to see if it's on a list, which is time consuming and creates re-work.

Create notifications for idea lists Similar to the notifications associated to saved view on the idea grid, can we add notifications to an Idea List? just another way our teams can stay in the loop on very specific spaces. also since these are shared spaces, it helps keep everyone aware of changes made. some ideas:
-new ideas added to list
-ideas removed from list
-new votes on ideas
-new comments on ideas
-updated priority on ideas
-status updates
-messages

Bulk add idea to multiple idea lists When viewing an idea details, allow us to select multiple Idea lists to add the idea to vs adding them to idea lists one at a time

Advanced Filtering: Complex And/Or options I want more complex filtering options. For example, if I use advanced filters on labels and I want to return results 'Label A AND (Label B OR Label C)' there is no way to do this. I only have all of, any of, none of. Additonally, when using advanced filters, we are only able to add a single label filter option. So I could theoretically do this action if I was able to create multiple lines

Advanced Filters: Labels dropdown should conform to the latest UX update in advanced filters, the labels dropdown displays as a single tiered list, and not in any logical order. very hard to determine what to select. we would like to see this dropdown as the tiered structure
