Improve clarity and speed of portal Idea Search The user reported a problem here:
https://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/333657/suggestions/35516884As for the overall performance — yeah, that blinking and waiting and state changing when typing can irritate impatient users, who are already nervous, since they have to report problems or ask for a feature.

Persist search text in idea title - zendesk widget Not sure how much attention you are giving your zendesk widget, but -
Currently, when you search for a uservoice idea and can't find an appropriate idea, you have the option to click "Create new idea". However, this causes you to lose the text you've typed in the search box. I wish the text you've searched for carried over to the idea title!1 voteWe'll be improving the feedback capture experience in Zendesk and other popular tools as we roll out our new Feedback Capture Chrome Extension in the coming weeks.

Expand the Labels Dropdown Filter The label dropdown filter is needlessly small. Can we expand it down a bit more on the page? See attached.

Admin View Only Permission Admin view-only permission should be named something else, such as "viewer". The term "admin" can be sensitive to a company security requirements. There should be an additional license name between contributor and admin.

Option to disable flagging feature Option to disable the flagging feature. Our process does not utilize this feature, and due to our large user base, it is unnecessary and causes a lot of confusion

Admin console refreshes all the page’s layout whenever a label is assigned Since the console got a redesign, it became slow and unruly. Loading labels list is slow, and checking a label from the list forces all the comments below the 'dialog' to update and reload. It all blinks and rebuilds each time, for each label assigned. Was not a problem before redesign.

filter on create date - 7 days Working on set up SLA for triaging ideas. For example, change new status to under review in 2 days, Change Under review to understood in 7 days.
Is it possible to set up an advance filter that allows boolean logic on the created date field ? For example, Status = new and Create date is > Today - 7. This would allow me to create a saved filter that i can run every day and not have to change the create date filter.

Get summary/export of all column changes in roadmap notifications when roadmap features move columns.

Allow templates to be used for feature details We should be able to create a template that's available so all PMs input details in the same way. Example: I want our broader internal team to be able to see WHY this is being built, WHICH customers have submitted ideas, and WHO the PM is for each feature. A simple template inside the description field would be very beneficial.

Remove merged idea from listview Love the suggestive Merge ideas. The only problem is that when you merge the idea, both ideas still show in the listview and the one that was merged shows blank status/internal status...etc. My vote is just merge them and only have one idea.

Distinguish who are the owners on user&accounts panel Provide a way to distinguish between 'Full Access (Owners)', 'Settings Only', and 'Limited' (admins with no access to settings). Be able to filter the user grid by these admin levels to see who has what permission.

Kanban board for the ideas from end users Our users have asked time again and again about having a Kanban board view like the one we in Roadmaps & Features, but the Ideas & Feedback section. So when a new idea gets suggested by a user, a card will automatically be created and we can manage the status, work process and the overview in the same board.

Sort Permissions Alphabetically Comparing production permissions against the sandbox is near impossible because they don't populate identically. You have to scroll up and down on both trees looking for each record.
The attached example is one of the better examples. Some of the other instances are way worse.
Please Sort Permissions and all Nodes Alphabetically.

User & Accounts: View organization contributions, sort by highest contributor, highest votes on an idea User & Accounts: View organization contributions, sort by highest contributor, highest votes on an idea
view the contributions by user and the DATE of submission.
Ideal:
1. search by domain, most active contributions by email (via user or submission by our team) on top, and most voted idea.
2. search domain and see all contributions for all users in the same page. (filter by time and most voted)1 vote -
Widget Integration Meta Data we have the UV widget embedded in a bunch of different places, when we see a piece of feedback get submitted we want to know which widget integration it came from (or if it was from a widget at all). It’d be nice if in the widget integration code we could specify a label that should get added to new submissions from that widget instance.

Date Display for Ideas/Suggestions Users want to see the date for a suggestion displayed near the title without having to click into the suggestion. Extra points if there is an indication of when a suggestion was last voted on.

Hot Ideas Email We have had requests to be able to email out a "hot list" of suggestions that can be sent to all users in UserVoice on a regular cadence. Users want to be able to up/downvote the idea right from within the email. It would be great if the admins could customize which suggestions are included in that email.

Reformat contributor notifications to the old format that contained user information Can you please bring back the old contributor notification email back where it contained:
* The text of the feedback that you captured from the customer
* The page you were on when you captured the feedback
* The customer's name, email address, and account
* If the user notified of the status update?This was so helpful for our CSM/AM agents to see who from the customers base they need to follow up with when a feature is released.
Now we don't see this great format with the emails attached to the feature released notification, but we really want…
