AI-Powered Feedback Intake with Automated Problem Statement Generation Enable a conversational AI-based feedback intake system that guides users through a lightweight chat interface (instead of a static form) to extract the root problem. The system automatically generates a problem-oriented idea title and description, confirms it with the user, and organizes it into the appropriate forum with recommended labels and metadata.

Recommended Labels Visible in Export I'd love it if we were able to understand which labels were applied by the team, and which were AI recommended on the export. After we accept a suggested label, we can see the difference in the Idea Grid based on the color scheme. However, when you export the data, you cannot tell the difference.
3 votesRecommended labels are now included in exports from the grid, however we don't yet indicate whether a label that has been applied to an Idea came from a recommendation or not. We'll look to include this in the future, but hopefully the addition of the current recommended labels is of some help.

User Sentiment Breakdown Enable a centralized summary view that clearly shows who supports, opposes, or is neutral on an idea, along with their reasoning captured in private feedback or comments.

View-Only Admin Role with Grid Access & Moderation Control More control of admin view only permissions to enable idea moderation.

Filter simple text custom fields Add text filtering options to allow filtering of simple text, url, and/or multi-line text.
Use specific criteria like "Equals", "Does not equal", "Begins with", or "Ends with".

Filter by importance ratings (admin grid) Using advanced filters, filter the view to show only ideas that received a specific importance rating.

Allow admins/contribs to unsubscribe or subscribe users AFTER creation Create a toggle to allow admins to manually update a subscription status for a user on an idea.

Link to individual Ideas per Pain Point Add links to the Value to Users and Pain Points section of the report that show which idea these sections pertain to. I really like that it shows the full idea list, however in cases where its not one feature or enhancement it would be helpful to see which pain points apply to which idea.

Impact Report Summary Improvements The Impact Report summary at the start of the report assume that all ideas are tied to one feature v. the potential for multiple features or solutions when using more than a couple ideas or when the ideas grouped are larger concepts.
Reiterating the desired state would be to use this to define from many ideas what the features might be to release v. I have a feature and I'm selecting the ideas that already tie to that idea.

Run a historical sync on the SFDC Connector when you update a field in the config When you update the config for the SFDC Connector, the changes will only affect new Accounts, and Accounts modified after the changes. It would be useful if the field was updated for existing Accounts in the next sync.

Firefox support for Contributor Extension I would like Firefox to be supported for the contributor extension. I use Firefox exclusively at work because I am one of the people who tests our product on Firefox to make sure we're creating a platform that works across the most common browsers. While it seems a small issue, is actually one of the biggest reasons I don't use your product more often

Allow SFDC Connector Auth Update Without Deleting The Config You have to delete your Connector configuration if you need to update/change the auth. It would be great if the config was saved or if the auth was decoupled from the wizard so that you can easily update the auth without having to delete it entirely.

Allow Label creation/editing to be separate permission so that it can be assigned to admins without giving them Settings privileges We have a lot of admins (in 100s) and need to give them the ability to create/edit/assign/unassign labels. But we can't today as that would give them Settings access as well. We need to de-couple this functionality access as we wouldn't want 100s of admins to have access to editing configuration settings

Custom Dashboard with selected accounts 1) I would like to be able to search based on the user name - to see the user specific comments / voting / creation of ideas
2) i would also like to be able to save a view / dashboard of several clients. I have 13 accounts that i manage as CSM, i would like a dashboard that can track my clients activities in Idea Lab
