Run a historical sync on the SFDC Connector when you update a field in the config When you update the config for the SFDC Connector, the changes will only affect new Accounts, and Accounts modified after the changes. It would be useful if the field was updated for existing Accounts in the next sync.

Firefox support for Contributor Extension I would like Firefox to be supported for the contributor extension. I use Firefox exclusively at work because I am one of the people who tests our product on Firefox to make sure we're creating a platform that works across the most common browsers. While it seems a small issue, is actually one of the biggest reasons I don't use your product more often

Allow SFDC Connector Auth Update Without Deleting The Config You have to delete your Connector configuration if you need to update/change the auth. It would be great if the config was saved or if the auth was decoupled from the wizard so that you can easily update the auth without having to delete it entirely.

Allow Label creation/editing to be separate permission so that it can be assigned to admins without giving them Settings privileges We have a lot of admins (in 100s) and need to give them the ability to create/edit/assign/unassign labels. But we can't today as that would give them Settings access as well. We need to de-couple this functionality access as we wouldn't want 100s of admins to have access to editing configuration settings

Individual customer feedback portal Allows a customer to submit their own ideas and get statuses back on those, but they're not able to see other ideas.

Bulk migrating Feedback between Ideas We need an easy way to fully and quickly move the feedback from one Idea to another without having to refer back to the old Idea.
For example, we had an Idea for a request to bring back a running timer widget on our mobile apps. We did the work for iPhones, but we didn't do it for Android yet. Roadmap Feature Status API Endpoint I'm working on some additional reporting and the data I miss is the history of status updated for roadmap features. It works well for ideas and I can extract it via api, but for features there is no endpoint to be able to extract this data.

API endpoint to unassign seats Hello Team,
Currently there's an API endpoint that allows you to deactivate a user. Since most of the time this action is done when terminating a user it would be great if you could create a billing endpoint that allows you to remove seats so that you could automate user offboarding altogether.

Add reach as a filter condition Using the advanced filter it is possible to create an ideas grid view filtered on aspects such as number of votes or number of accounts, e.g. show me all ideas which have more than 10 accounts associated with it. However there is no option to filter by Reach and so you cannot build a view that says show me all ideas where the reach is > $1m. Row count in ideas/feedback lists In the Ideas and Feedback list, it would be nice to have a line item for the rows, like a Google Sheet. That way, we can say, feature 15 or 33, in a specific list etc.

Re-order custom idea fields As an Admin with access to change account settings for all end users, I should be able to re-order the custom Idea fields as they appear on each Idea
Some custom Idea fields are used more frequently than others, and I want those fields to be at the top of the Custom Idea Fields section

Remove Advanced Filters when Merging Once a new advanced filter is applied, if I try to merge, there is no way to remove the advanced filter to find ideas. This is quite problematic for the use of advanced filters for us.
Commonly, I apply an advanced filter for a specific account to see all of their new ideas. I want to be able to merge ideas from this, but when I try to do so, no ideas are found. With a Sort Applied; Wait to Sort the Idea After Making Changes When performing many actions on an Idea on the Grid, when I have a sort active, if I change the Idea and it's now higher or lower in the sort order, the idea "disappears" out of view. This is very jarring and frustrating as I have more changes to make but now the idea has moved.
Please allow changes to be made and do not automatically update the sort order on changes. Add a manual refresh button so that all changes can be made at once and then a refresh.
