  1. Keep log of status updates after merging suggestions

    When I merge suggestion A into suggestion B, the comments from suggestion A are copied into suggestion B - but any status updates from suggestion A are not.

    Sometimes there's useful stuff in the old status update, such as troubleshooting steps to see if the symptoms match a known issue or not. So it's nice to be able to access those old status messages to copy-paste from them, for example.

  3. Add more filters to the NPS Report

    It would be great to see further detail in the nps report. As an example I want to see 1 year vs 2 year customers. I would also like to be able to drill into those 1 year detractor ideas. The more flexibility and insight I can gain the better

  4. Customize branding per forum

    Different forums can represent different products or product groups. Admins want to be able to quickly and easily customize the look and feel of each forum, including the logo, images, and design.

    Right now, this can only be accomplished with significant custom design. It would be ideal if there were features for easily managing this in UserVoice.

    Hi everyone!

    Our Product Team reviewed this idea, and discussed internally.

    We built the “My Feedback” section in settings to list ideas a user has supported either by leaving a comment or casting a vote.

    While we can definitely understanding users wanting to see ideas they created, but no longer support, this is not a use case we designed this part of the application for.

    We do have supporter mode now for our product forums, which does let users support as many ideas as they want.   6. Be able to hide ideas from the web portal without deleting them or marking as spam

    This could be an option on a custom status, "Hide from web portal"

  9. Can you add a "Recently Updated" and "Recently Resolved" sorting options to web list?

    I want to see what updates occured in feature requests and bug reports.
    Can you add a "Recently Updated" and "Recently Resolved" sorting options to web list?

    These two simple sorting options would give us a clear view of what’s happening.
    Who doesn’t like a more dynamic forum?

  15. Recommended Labels Visible in Export

    I'd love it if we were able to understand which labels were applied by the team, and which were AI recommended on the export. After we accept a suggested label, we can see the difference in the Idea Grid based on the color scheme. However, when you export the data, you cannot tell the difference.

    Recommended labels are now included in exports from the grid, however we don't yet indicate whether a label that has been applied to an Idea came from a recommendation or not. We'll look to include this in the future, but hopefully the addition of the current recommended labels is of some help.
