  2. Would it be possible to include date tag to admin replies on main page? We want people to see when the admin update/comment was posted.

    Would it be possible to include date tag to admin replies on main page? We want people to see when the admin update/comment was posted without having to click into the idea.

    Today they can see it only if they click on particular idea, but cannot see it right away on main page.

  3. Be able to Change the NPS Question in the Widget based on environment

    We may not want the company name to be the same for all users or all parts of our product.

  4. Create team dialog show existing team names

    In Admin Settings, the Create team dialog should show the currently assigned team, if it is assigned already. I'm trying to bulk assign contributor team members that haven't been assigned yet and it's very difficult and tedious currently.

  5. Keep log of status updates after merging suggestions

    When I merge suggestion A into suggestion B, the comments from suggestion A are copied into suggestion B - but any status updates from suggestion A are not.

    Sometimes there's useful stuff in the old status update, such as troubleshooting steps to see if the symptoms match a known issue or not. So it's nice to be able to access those old status messages to copy-paste from them, for example.

    (The idea https://feedback.uservoice.com/forums/1-general-feedback/suggestions/4012056-canned-responses-for-suggestion-status-updates would help with this a bit, but only if you planned ahead and already knew you wanted to reuse the exact text of the status message).

  7. Add more filters to the NPS Report

    It would be great to see further detail in the nps report. As an example I want to see 1 year vs 2 year customers. I would also like to be able to drill into those 1 year detractor ideas. The more flexibility and insight I can gain the better

    Hi everyone!

    Our Product Team reviewed this idea, and discussed internally.

    We built the “My Feedback” section in settings to list ideas a user has supported either by leaving a comment or casting a vote.

    While we can definitely understanding users wanting to see ideas they created, but no longer support, this is not a use case we designed this part of the application for.

    We do have supporter mode now for our product forums, which does let users support as many ideas as they want.   9. Be able to hide ideas from the web portal without deleting them or marking as spam

    This could be an option on a custom status, "Hide from web portal"

    Add text filtering options to allow filtering of simple text, url, and/or multi-line text.

    Use specific criteria like "Equals", "Does not equal", "Begins with", or "Ends with".

  14. Allow admins/contribs to unsubscribe or subscribe users AFTER creation

  15. Link to individual Ideas per Pain Point

    Add links to the Value to Users and Pain Points section of the report that show which idea these sections pertain to. I really like that it shows the full idea list, however in cases where its not one feature or enhancement it would be helpful to see which pain points apply to which idea.

  16. Impact Report Summary Improvements

    The Impact Report summary at the start of the report assume that all ideas are tied to one feature v. the potential for multiple features or solutions when using more than a couple ideas or when the ideas grouped are larger concepts.

    Reiterating the desired state would be to use this to define from many ideas what the features might be to release v. I have a feature and I'm selecting the ideas that already tie to that idea.

  17. Run a historical sync on the SFDC Connector when you update a field in the config

    When you update the config for the SFDC Connector, the changes will only affect new Accounts, and Accounts modified after the changes. It would be useful if the field was updated for existing Accounts in the next sync.

  19. Firefox support for Contributor Extension

    I would like Firefox to be supported for the contributor extension. I use Firefox exclusively at work because I am one of the people who tests our product on Firefox to make sure we're creating a platform that works across the most common browsers. While it seems a small issue, is actually one of the biggest reasons I don't use your product more often

  20. Allow SFDC Connector Auth Update Without Deleting The Config

    You have to delete your Connector configuration if you need to update/change the auth. It would be great if the config was saved or if the auth was decoupled from the wizard so that you can easily update the auth without having to delete it entirely.
