  2. Make timestamps optional for date custom fields

    Some people don't use times for the "date" custom field type. They only want to use a date. It introduces noise and can make it harder to glean information from the custom field as it appears in the admin console.

  3. See which internal member will be notified for internal status

    When setting an internal status, you have the ability to email team members. It would be nice to be able to quickly see which team members would be notified.

  4. Add custom User & Accounts fields to the NPS export

    You can pass in custom fields for user and accounts, but when exporting NPS ratings, only standard User and Account fields are included. It would be ideal for the custom user and account fields to also be included.

  5. Show User & Account custom field data in the suggestions grid

    Show User & Account custom field data in the suggestions grid. Right now you can segment on the data; however, you can't see any of the data in the suggestions grid.

    I understand that the suggestions' grid fields are aggregated, but it would be awesome if there was a way to pull all the data in, not just the three predefined fields, Users, Accounts, and MMR.

  6. Show categories even if they contain completed or no suggestions

    If a category in a forum on the web portal doesn't contain any open suggestions, it doesn't appear.

    If a user is trying to see completed suggestions in this category (without searching) they aren't able to.

  7. Allow agent to Change email address Zendesk Sidebar

    It isn't possible to edit the email address that is autopopulated in the Zendesk Contributor sidebar. Would like for the support agent to change the email for the contributor.

  8. Don't use uvts cookie in widget until user opens the widget

    When a user loads a page where the UserVoice widget code is embedded, a utvs cookie is immediately set.

    While this cookie is GDPR compliant and contains no PII, some customers would prefer that cookie not be set unless the user opens the widget.

  9. Edit customer requests in the sidebar

    I want to be able to edit captured feedback from a user in the sidebar.

    Often users come back with more details, and I want to add that quickly from this sidebar, vs. having to open the idea in the forum and edit it.

  10. If idea is flagged by a user, show it as flagged even if they refresh the page

    If a user clicks "Flag this as inappropriate" on the web portal, the link will show as "flagged". But if they refresh the page, they'll be able to click on the "Flag this as inappropriate" link again.

  13. Ability to link Customer Feedback Directly to Features

    Once you have a feature that you are considering, it would be helpful to be able to link feedback that is specifically about that feature directly to it, rather than having to find an intermediary idea first.

  15. Be able to remove status history on an idea

    Sometimes the status of an idea changes. For example, the PM team might have started work on a new feature, but then put it back in the backlog and the status is changed from "started" to "planned."

    Since users can review the history of an idea on the web portal it could look to them like the product is going backwards and erode confidence.

    Admins would like the ability to remove the status history from being accessible users or erase a previous status.

  16. Quick polls with email blast invites

    Ability to do quick polls instead of smart polls. It would be even better if I could send blasts for either poll type out to my active users asking them to partake in the poll.

  18. Would it be possible to include date tag to admin replies on main page? We want people to see when the admin update/comment was posted.

    Would it be possible to include date tag to admin replies on main page? We want people to see when the admin update/comment was posted without having to click into the idea.

    Today they can see it only if they click on particular idea, but cannot see it right away on main page.

  20. Create team dialog show existing team names

    In Admin Settings, the Create team dialog should show the currently assigned team, if it is assigned already. I'm trying to bulk assign contributor team members that haven't been assigned yet and it's very difficult and tedious currently.
