  2. Bulk Actions in moderation

    Allow bulk actions to occur in the moderation tab, or have a filter to show unmoderated ideas in the suggestions grid.

  3. Be able to remove status history on an idea

    Sometimes the status of an idea changes. For example, the PM team might have started work on a new feature, but then put it back in the backlog and the status is changed from "started" to "planned."

    Since users can review the history of an idea on the web portal it could look to them like the product is going backwards and erode confidence.

    Admins would like the ability to remove the status history from being accessible users or erase a previous status.

  4. Quick polls with email blast invites

    Ability to do quick polls instead of smart polls. It would be even better if I could send blasts for either poll type out to my active users asking them to partake in the poll.

  6. Would it be possible to include date tag to admin replies on main page? We want people to see when the admin update/comment was posted.

    Today they can see it only if they click on particular idea, but cannot see it right away on main page.

  7. Be able to Change the NPS Question in the Widget based on environment

  8. Create team dialog show existing team names

    In Admin Settings, the Create team dialog should show the currently assigned team, if it is assigned already. I'm trying to bulk assign contributor team members that haven't been assigned yet and it's very difficult and tedious currently.

  9. Keep log of status updates after merging suggestions

    When I merge suggestion A into suggestion B, the comments from suggestion A are copied into suggestion B - but any status updates from suggestion A are not.

    Sometimes there's useful stuff in the old status update, such as troubleshooting steps to see if the symptoms match a known issue or not. So it's nice to be able to access those old status messages to copy-paste from them, for example.

    (The idea https://feedback.uservoice.com/forums/1-general-feedback/suggestions/4012056-canned-responses-for-suggestion-status-updates would help with this a bit, but only if you planned ahead and already knew you wanted to reuse the exact text of the status message).

  11. Release version on completed ideas

    When an idea is completed I would like to say which version of our product it was addressed in. And also allow customers on our forum to see what is included in each release version.

  12. Add more filters to the NPS Report

    It would be great to see further detail in the nps report. As an example I want to see 1 year vs 2 year customers. I would also like to be able to drill into those 1 year detractor ideas. The more flexibility and insight I can gain the better

    Hi everyone!

    Our Product Team reviewed this idea, and discussed internally.

    We built the “My Feedback” section in settings to list ideas a user has supported either by leaving a comment or casting a vote.

    While we can definitely understanding users wanting to see ideas they created, but no longer support, this is not a use case we designed this part of the application for.

    We do have supporter mode now for our product forums, which does let users support as many ideas as they want.   14. Be able to hide ideas from the web portal without deleting them or marking as spam

    This could be an option on a custom status, "Hide from web portal"

  17. Admin Console to have "Users & Accounts" to the left-hand sidebar so that it's not hidden behind the "More" section

    Users & accounts being hidden behind "more" in the admin console can be inconvenient and it would make more sense if it was displayed directly on the toolbar
